ALUMNI ANSWER THE "CALL" TheFall 1991 Annual Alumni Phonathon was the most successful ever, with student volunteers gathering $30,000 in definite pledges to the Annual Fund Campaign. A group of enthusiastic volunteers contacted over 3,000 alumni in a two-week period. The GSW Canes Baseball Team raised over $17,000 in three nights, with the
remainder raised by Kappa Delta sorority, ROTC, and individual student volunteers. Travel and Adventure of Americus awarded a weekend trip to the beach to the student volunteer raising the most money. The major portion of the money raised will be used to support the 24 alumni scholarships awarded each
