We couldn’t have done this without YOU
Being the first in my family to attend college, this scholarship is a big deal. It has not been easy balancing my studies and taking care of my 3-year-old son as a single father. Thank you again for this incredible opportunity.

GNTC has changed my life. This school has truly shown me what it means to never give up on something you truly want. GNTC has given me the greatest gift! The gift of being able to focus on school without financial stress. I know I’m going to do so well this year because I'm at the best school in Georgia.

I believe that there is no hardship that can keep me from the goals God has for me. Thank you again to the donors, and I assure you that your investment in me will help me achieve greater success in my schooling and career.
God bless you.

I am the youngest of 5 siblings. All of my older siblings have attended GNTC at some point in their life and have mentioned how great the college is.

I had three little girls of my own, and I decided I would not let history repeat itself, that I would finish school and make a difference in their lives and others. I thank each person who donates to not just me but every student you have made an impact on. I really appreciate this with all my heart and just want every person to know you are making a difference, a huge one!

I wouldn’t be able to attend college without scholarships and grants. My family has helped as much as they can, but they are only able to do so much. I look forward to graduating this summer so I can move forward in life and start making people happy and confident with my cosmetology skills. I look forward to helping people look their best to give them confidence to pursue their dreams.

This validation is invaluable, particularly for nontraditional students like myself who often face unique challenges and uncertainties along their educational journey. Your belief in my capabilities motivates me to work harder and reinforces my determination to succeed in this field. I am thankful for what this chance presents, and I promise to make the most of it. Your contribution will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on my life and the lives of those I will serve in the future.

This award has turned a dark situation into a brighter situation. Thanks to this support, I will be able to leave GNTC with a career that will allow me to help others, like someone helped me.
As a first-generation college student who came from immigrant parents, I’m grateful to be in a school where I’m not only able to expand my knowledge but also meet new people who will like to see me become a better student. Receiving the support allows me to see how I have support not only from the school but also their contributors who want to see me succeed in life. Your generosity has truly made a difference in my life.

I am a single mom of two kids, and completing nursing school while they are so young has been my biggest struggle in life thus far. We currently are living with my parents until I can begin working and get my family on our feet. Being awarded assistance from the foundation is appreciated more than I can put into words.

My son Mabery was born August 16, 2023. He was sent to Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital and diagnosed with Hirschsprung's Disease which resulted in him having a colostomy bag for 5 months.
I am a dialysis technician at Fresenius Kidney Care and have been working in dialysis for 3 years. I love working in healthcare and taking care of people. That is why my major here at GNTC is nursing.
It is hard juggling school, bills, my son’s needs as well as my own, working a full-time job, and being a single parent without a car.
Thank you so much for taking the time and money to contribute to my success.

Thanks for giving to the GNTC Foundation.
Being the only working adult in my family, and with the way inflation is today, this support helps to take off some of the financial pressure. Thank you for this scholarship.
