1 Battle of the Tenses is an immersive Neolithic experience dedicated to adolescents to allow them to learn and have fun in a setting that evokes their senses. Due to adolescents being a minority target audience in a museum, they tend to shy away from them due to their brains being partially developed.

Adolescents need extra support with decisions or learning, and having these spaces that cater for them can allow them to feel safe in a place.

The experience will allow adolescents to acquire knowledge about the Neolithic period in various ways that intrigue them to learn. The multisensory design uses the senses that allow the user to stimulate memories in ways other than sight. The design will take the user on a mining journey to explore the building in a free-choice setting, where each person can undergo a unique experience in Flint Pods that shapes their interests.
