On Windows 10
● Ensure that your WD My Cloud device is turned on.
● In case the device is connected to your computer without a network, you can directly delete the files on the WD My Cloud device.
● On your Windows 10 computer, open File Explorer.
● Click on the icon for your WD My Cloud device.
● On the screen that opens, choose the file you wish to delete and then press Delete (on your keyboard)
● In case WD My Cloud is connected to your network, open File Explorer and click on Network from the left side of the window.
● Under the Network tab, locate WDMYCLOUD and double-click to open the Public folder.
● The Public folder will appear Now, you can directly delete your folders and files

● Check if the WD device is powered ON.
