OVERVIEW
The mobile psychiatric medication program is a voluntary service for eligible adult consumers diagnosed with a severe mental illness who are experiencing difficulty with independent medication management. Consumers often face challenges in their recovery in the community due to noncompliance, lack of education, and oversight.
Our Team
The mobile psychiatric medication team includes a nurse and a technician who will help the consumer develop skills to manage their medication effectively to control symptoms and increase community stability. The team will collaborate with other members of the consumer’s treatment team, including the doctors who prescribe the medication.
