The Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) program is a highly structured residential facility for individuals 18 and older who need additional mental health support to develop the skills and support necessary to live in an independent community setting.
The George Junior Republic in PA (GJR in PA) LTSR program has a homelike atmosphere where clients participate in recovery-focused and trauma-informed services. Individualized plans include psychiatric services, competency restoration, and life skills building, focused on social skill development, problemsolving, and daily community living skills.
