Editorial Mission: Magazine & Website Blue Water Sailing was founded in 1996 by George and Rosa Day following their five year circumnavigation with their two sons, Simon and Tim aboard their 43-foot ketch Clover. Blue Water Sailing was designed from the start to provide “Solutions for offshore sailors” in articles that inspire, inform and empower readers to fulfill their sailing dreams. Blue Water Sailing is published four times a year in digital format so readers may download and read the magazine on their tablets, laptops, computers and phones anywhere in the world. The Blue Water Sailing website (www.bwsailing.com) provides new, original content on a daily basis that is available for free to all readers and provides a huge and useful archive of information, boat and gear review, videos, news and cruising stories specifically for the blue water sailing community worldwide.
