On June 3, 2025, Genotypic Technology conducted an insightfulOxfordNanopore sequencing training session at AIIMSGuwahati, guiding participants through the
latest advancements in genomics sequencing The session featuredhands-ondemonstrations andexpert-leddiscussions, offering attendees a deep dive into real-time, long-read sequencing workflows. Participants explored practical approaches to sample preparation, data generation, and analysis gaining exposure to the full sequencing workflow andits applications in researchanddiagnostics.
The interactive format encouraged questions, knowledge exchange, and collaboration among attending scientists andfaculty.

On June 21, 2025, Genotypic Technology conducted an in-depth hands-on workshop on Oxford Nanopore Sequencingincollaboration with theGeneHealth
Laboratory, RC Pune, MUHS With over two decades of genomics expertise, Genotypic remains committed to supporting the growing community of researchers and clinicians adopting long-read sequencing for impactful applications. Participants engaged in end-to-end, sample-todata workflows using the Oxford Nanopore PromethION platform.
Sessions highlighted clinical applications in oncology and genetic disorders, showcasing use cases in cancer genomics, rare variant detection, and inherited disease analysis. Real-time data interpretation and analysis exercises further equipped attendees with practical skills for confident decision-makinginboth researchand clinical settings. As the Authorized Channel Partner of Oxford Nanopore Technologies in India, Genotypic Technology continues toenableaccess, knowledge, and outcomes for India’s genomics community.

Enabling Next-Generation Agricultural Genomics
On June 23, 2025, Genotypic Technology successfully installed the Oxford Nanopore Technologies PromethION 2 Solo system, seamlessly integrated with
its proprietary Compute System and Commander NGS platform, at ICAR–Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi. Researchers received dedicated hands-on training in long-read sequencing using the powerful PromethION platform ideally suited for large-scale agricultural genomics, plant pathogen studies, and precisionbreeding programs.
Participants explored the complete NGS workflow, from library preparation to real-time data analysis with Commander NGS, unlocking new possibilities for genomics discovery andcrop improvement. This initiative reflects Genotypic’s commitment to supporting India’s agricultural research community with cutting-edge sequencing solutions andexpert training

Hands on with Oxford Nanopore PromethION
On June 27, 2025, Genotypic Technology successfully trained students and researchers at ICAR–Central
PotatoResearchInstitute using theOxfordNanopore
Technologies PromethION 2 Solo platform The hands-on
session showcased the power of high-throughput, real-time
sequencing for advancing potato genomics and crop science.
Participants explored the complete workflow, gaining practical
experience with the speed, scalability, and accuracy of the
PromethION 2 Solo system.
By enabling detailed genomic insights, the training aims
to support breakthroughs in pathogen detection,
breeding programs, and trait discovery.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, leaving
researchers inspired and equipped to integrate Long-
Read sequencinginto their future studies.

6-Day Oxford Nanopore Workshop at Bright Lab
From June 23 to 28, 2025, Genotypic Technology conducted an intensive six-day hands-on workshop on OxfordNanoporeSequencingfor researchers from
Banaras Hindu University (BHU) at its exclusive R&D facility,
Bright Lab Participants gained practical experience in Whole
Genome Sequencing (WGS) of human DNA for methylation analysis, adaptive sampling techniques, and oncology-focused
library preparation using custom oncopanels developed by
Genotypic Technology.
The workshop emphasized real-world workflows, providing in-depth guidance from sample preparation to
data analysis. As the Authorized distributor of Oxford
