Our proposal outlines a series of “masterclass” workshops that can be delivered by the experienced Gen Healthy Minds team that will help Thames Water apprentices to set high performance goals, stay motivated and have the tools and resilience to achieve their goals.

Our focus would be on complimenting the core technical training delivered by Thames with highly interactive sessions that can be delivered either face to face or online that would focus on the psychological and emotional aspects of performance to ensure apprentices feel and perform at their best on the programme.

If delivered face-to-face we would recommend three full days with up to 40 participants per day. If online, we would split the full day sessions into two parts and deliver over six sessions (between 2-2.5 hours each). Online numbers can be a lot higher (up to 100).
