HPE SERVICES GRADUATE EXTENDED ONBOARDING PROGRAMME

Below is an overview of your Boost Programme designed to support you to flourish and perform at your best. As you can see, the programme will run a series of online Boost Masterclasses, more details of times of each session will be later in this brochure. Each Masterclass will be presented by wellbeing and performance experts George Anderson, Sam Bishop and Dean Coulson and Alex La Via.

Our “Boost Your Mental Wellbeing” masterclass will help participants boost their mental wellbeing everyday to perform at their best.

• Learn about positive psychology and techniques on how to boost wellbeing everyday

• Explore the ‘happiness advantage’ and how we can all be happier everyday

Our “Boost Your Physical Wellbeing” masterclass looks at how we can boost our physical and mental energy to perform at our best

• Learn practical movement and stretching routines to build into your working day

Our “Boost your Performance making stress your friend” will help participants make stress your friend and boost their performance.

• Explore the ‘performance curve’ and why stress is important to achieve peak performance

• Be able to recognize signs of stress and why they are manifesting themselves

• Learn tools and techniques for managing stress each day

October 2023

Our “Boost your resilience” masterclass will help participants to boost their resilience and take on the challenges your work throws at you.

• Understand what is meant by resilience and why it is important

• Explore the four levers of resilience and what they mean for you

• Look at how to develop a growth mindset and be more optimistic

November 2023

Our “Boost your personal Digital wellbeing” will help participants find balance, switch off from ‘always on’ patterns and reduce digital burnout

• Gain practical tips to reduce ‘always on’ pattern

• Create a personal plan to improve digital balance at work

• We look at how high performers manage their thoughts and emotions to perform more successfully

December 2023

Our “Boost your Digital productivity” masterclass will help participants reclaim time in their day and work more effectively

• We look at how high performers manage their thoughts and emotions to perform more successfully

• We share top tips and tools to track and manage performance

February 2024

Our “Boost your performance – you are not a robot” masterclass will introduce participants to performance psychology and how it can be used in their daily lives.

• We will share interesting case studies of top-class athletes and business leaders to bring concepts to life in an interesting and engaging way.

• Look at how to effectively manage our thoughts and emotions

March 2024

Our “Boost your Performance battle the imposter” masterclass will look at Imposter syndrome which can leave people feeling they will be exposed as a ‘fraud’, this can be a particular issue for people starting out in their early career.

• This Masterclass looks to help deal those with Early career anxieties by exploring what is confidence, how is it can be created, affected and applied.

• We will explore with delegates what events and triggers can knock confidence and strategies to deal with them so confidence can be maintained.

• Delegates will come away from this Masterclass being able to recognise when imposter syndrome is affecting their thoughts and how they can manage it.

April 2024

Our “Boost your performance overcoming barriers” masterclass will help to understand how to cope when they are faced with barriers to performance such as low confidence, motivation or stress

• We will explore how to identify when you are facing a barrier and how to have this conversation

• We will share simple tools and techniques for overcoming the barriers that can be adopted by individuals or teams every day

Our “Boost your Strengths and personal brand”masterclass helps participants to stand out as well as fit in at work.
