CITI EARLY CAREERS PROGRAMME 2024

INTRODUCTION We are delighted to be supporting your Citi Early Careers Programme throughout 2024.

We will be running 6 Boost Masterclasses in 2024 which will be online. The sessions will support your wider development.

Welcome Our goal is to support you to stay healthy, happy and be able to perform to a high level both in and outside of the workplace. The performance and wellbeing tools and techniques that we will teach you will equip you to take on challenges ahead of you, both during your programme and beyond.

We will be providing you with content and development that we feel is most relevant at each stage of your Early Careers journey.

Sam Bishop

Sam Bishop is one of the Uk’s leading performance psychologists. Sam works with elite sports men and women as well as top businessmen and women to help them achieve peak performance in their roles.

Mike Thompson

Mike has worked for nearly two decades in early careers at Barclays and more latterly through his Gen Healthy Minds business working with businesses to deliver wellbeing and performance programmes that support business growth.

George Anderson

George is an international wellbeing speaker, coach and author who has worked with individuals and corporates for over 20 years. He has designed and delivered wellbeing courses, bootcamps and written books on the topic

Explore the role of effective communication and look at the different aspects of effective team communication including giving and receiving feedback

04 Our “Boost your performance – making stress your friend” masterclass will help participants make stress their friend and boost their performance • Explore the “performance curve” and why stress is important to achieve peak performance • Be able to recognize signs of stress and why they are manifesting themselves • Learn tools and techniques for managing stress levels each day

06 Our “Boost your performance – high performance habits” masterclass looks at how we can boost our physical and mental energy to perform at our best •

Gain practical skills to improve diet, activity levels, sleep and hydration
