Antibiotic Resistance Genes (ARGs) are integral to bacteria’s metabolism and growth in the gut and through gene transfer, these microbes can acquire new sets of ARGs to overcome the environmental pressure they are exposed to

Sixteen BS Biology students and 1 MS Agronomy student congregate to create a resistome Cla, Gia, Chris, Ja, Bhea, Een, Igna, JD, Lef, Jo, Spes, Marj, Merc, Elai, Janine, and Siyan are from BS Biology and Gab is from MS Agronomy. Just like the different ARGs within a resistome, each member is equipped with a unique mix of charms and personalities that helps them to resist hardships and to persist with excellence

Cla can be associated with her own room: a little messy, filled with stories, and has more space for new discoveries She makes time to express her own creativity - one of which is through fashion Cla may look unapproachable, but when seen over her facade, she is a caring and sweet person She puts importance on enjoying her own company by going on self-dates, and can still be there for others when needed ...

As warm as the feather color of parrots, Gia radiates warmth in people’s lives with her soft heart She brings comfort through her words and actions, especially to her close ones. Despite being the warm person that she is, Gia actually enjoys thrillers and horror movies/series She enjoys playing RPG games and spending time with her pets. Gia fervidly looks forward to a world where having a soft heart is not considered weak

Igna describes herself as a sentimental person and loves to collect things from her hobbies and interests, which they tend to hyperfixate on for a period of time.
