All cattle sell accompanied with health papers Scherbenske Angus Ranch is located in a Bangs Free, Scabies Free and TB Free area All yearling cattle have had a 7-way Somnus and Pyramid 5 Plus Presponse shot in the spring and fall, poured with Clean-Up II, and have been dewormed All yearling heifers have been Bangs vaccinated and given Vista 5 VL5 and Vision 7 Somnus with Spur Two-year old bulls have been Trich and Semen tested, and poured with Clean-Up II . Bred heifers are on the Scour Bos program, have been poured with Clean-Up II, and will be preg-checked the day before the sale .

Ranching and raising Angus cattle is what we love, and it is the only thing we do . Our registered and commercial cow herd is made up of eye catching, deep-bodied, long-sided, hardworking females that must pass a strict cull for economically sound traits, such as longevity, fertility, fleshing ability, disposition, udder quality, and structural correctness Our cows are expected to stay in good shape, breed back on time, and bring in a heavy set of calves raised on grass, their mother's milk, and no creep feed
Our family is working hard to provide you with the bulls and heifers to raise efficient, high performing cattle Whether you sell your calves at weaning, feed them to finished weight, or keep replacement females, we want to provide cattle with excellent genetics to be the most profitable for our customers We expect our calves to have a high rate of gain and feed efficiency when they are put into a feedlot, and ultimately hang a carcass that will achieve premiums from the packers . We have been finishing our own commercial cattle and have been impressed with the premiums we’ve receive for the high percentage of high choice and prime carcasses they have yielded

These heifers are naturally bred to calving ease Scherbenske Angus bulls Each heifer has been ultrasounded and color tagged for three 21-day calving intervals, beginning April 1, 2025 They have been poured with Clean-Up II and are on the Scour Bos program Heifers will be preg-checked the day before the sale
