• TOPIC BOARD 2022 Calendar Jane W would like input on the October meeting since its during convention. Would like to move on and October 16th date. P.O. Box Need to get key from Chad. Marc M volunteered to get it from him. Lack of Participation from Member Groups All present are going to try and spread the word to groups not attending to try and get their GSR to area meeting.

Public Relations Sub-Committee 1/09/2022 Report Good afternoon, thanks for coming. Moment of Silence followed by Serenity Prayer: Service Workers Prayer: Attendance: Mark S., Mike R., Carl R. Chairperson report: Mark S. Thank you for everyone attending. We will have eight meetings this year to discuss various aspects of Public Relations of NA in the Badgerland Area. We will be meeting on these months: February, April, May, July August, October, The PR sub-committee meetings to be held virtually on the Zoom link provided on the Badgerland website on the day BASC meeting occurs at 11:00am As current PR chairperson, I have officially taken over the responsibility of the PR e-mail account. I also attended the Wisconsin Region Public Relations subcommittee meeting on January 2nd and if anyone would to attend this meeting they can. The WRPR is held virtually on Zoom each month, usually on the first Sunday of the month at 7pm. We are still waiting for a reply from Madison Metro on the additional 9 months of additional for the bus signs on 50 buses in Madison. I have completed the 2022 PR budget with the help of past PR Chairpersons, and I will show you that now for approval. (Share the budget) (Note: the proposed budget was never shown due to the lack of quorum…to be shown and voted upon at next month’s Area Service meeting) The fill-out-able meeting change and addition form was sent to Jane W. to be added to the badgerland Area website. Until then please let me know any way possible about meeting changes, updates, additions, etc. With the meetings starting to open-up please be sure to inform PR of any meeting changes. The next PR meeting will be February 13th. Possible topics for next PR meeting will be: PSA’s for radio and TV, Thank your all for showing up to 11:00 am PR meeting Thanks for letting me serve Mark S.
BASC Treasurer report for December 2021 I am having trouble accessing the bank account information, and will need to call Old National during business hours. This is what displays when I login, which I thought meant the system was down, and would be up at some point, but it's clearly a larger problem with my account. My plan is to do a combined December 2021 / January 2022 report, which will be presented at the February 2022 area.
Jess and I met to discuss the treasurer role/responsibilities. We will meet again after she gets logins to Old National.
