• TOPIC BOARD • Need to find member for Solutions and a Pot of Coffee to reimburse money • PO Box is being handle by Marc M and has been recently checked. Piece of Mail from Region to bid WISNAC • Donating Literture to 5 Door is put out for discussion and will not be taking directly from H and I . Other members offer to help. • Zoom Status is discussed and concerned individuals are going to take it up at P and P meeting next month. • Gender Friendly Reading are brought up and members agreed to research and bring back to next meeting. • Lake Kegonsa outing is brought up and tabled until March.

BASC Report for Secretary Marc M February 13, 2022 Thank you to those who continue to submit your reports via e-mail. I Might try and enhance the already effective process in which we gather them. Working with Jennifer and Jane they have been able to get the email list up to date. Still think we need to break that up a bit. In January I picked up the PO box key and checked the mail. There was a request to bid for WISNAC. Not real sure who I give that to. In January I picked up Activities bins from Chad and inventoried it which I will post on this month’s minutes. It is all in storage. Would like to figure out a way to get our minutes on our website. In loving service, Marc

H&I Report February 13, 2022 The Covid pandemic keeps in person meetings on an indefinite hold for the Badgerland Area. H&I continues to supply Literature and phone lists to those locations which require it. We have also been supplying key tags and little white books where needed. A Madison area homeless shelter reached out to ask if we could please organize speakers who would be willing to come to designated shelters during the day and hand out IP’s, phone lists, and answer questions about the structure of NA. We’re asking Area members to please share this request with their home groups and contact Ruth or Richard if there is an interest. H&I also continues to help coordinate a monthly Q&A at the West side New Start, second Sunday of every month from 9am-10am. Volunteers are always welcome. In loving service Ruth & Richard

Fellowship Development Report February 13, 2022 I have been working with Jane to help get the email list updated for the Area members. I have made contact with most of the GSR’s and reminded them to come to Area each month. I have all but 2 GSR’s/ So thank you to everyone for being will to help me out with that. I am going to continue to reach out to people and see if I can be of service to them and there group. I am going to be going to New Start on March 9 to help them connect to NA. Policy and Procedures Report February 13, 2022 The audit was not done in January because of an access problem with the bank. I have recently received some of the documents to begin the audit process. I will do my best to complete this month and report on it in March. The first Policy and Procedure committee meeting with be before the regular Badgerland area meeting at 11:00 Sunday March 13th. We will meet virtually in the Badgerland Area Meeting Zoom Room (Go to https://badgerlandna.org/ Homepage then Click on “Badgerland Area Service Committee”. The administrative committee and subcommittee chairs are welcome to attend this meeting and to bring any questions and concerns about Area policy and procedure. I would encourage all Area committee members to become familiar with the Badgerland Area Policy and Procedure document. I will provide a link to the document in the Monthly Area Service Committee meetings Chat box in Zoom. It is also available Badgerland NA Website -> Committees -> Under Badgerland Service Committee (BASC) Topics of the March 13, 2022 meeting include: 1. The process of communicating new or existing meeting change information 2.
