i guys, I’m Wayne, the new Sales Manager at Gemporia! But I’m hardly new to the jewellery world – in fact, I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years (I know, I don’t look old enough, right?!)

I’ve had the pleasure of working for some of the biggest TV jewellery shopping channels across the UK, Germany, and Italy, as well as TV craft shopping channels, too. But I’ve been part of Gemporia from day one, working with Steve Bennett before it even existed! Some of you might remember my earlier days with Jungle.com or even Software Warehouse – if you do, you know I’ve been around for a while!

While my Sales Manager title is new, my connection to Gemporia runs deep. I’ve spent a decade as a gemstone buyer and designed

collections for some beloved guest experts – Kat Florence, Debby Cavill, Dave Troth, Tony Diniz, and John Scott, to name a few. But after a whirlwind of a first month back, it feels like I’ve never been away.

I’ve worked with many amazing people at Gemporia before, and the energy here truly feels like home. If you caught my first VT, you’ll have seen the excitement as we introduced a first-ever four-way split pay option — it’s just one of the ways we’re making jewellery more accessible!

But it’s not just about the stones – it’s about creating an experience that our customers love being a part of.

I’ve always believed jewellery should speak for itself; we work with some of the world’s most beautiful gemstones, and the prices we offer are amazing. But it’s not just about the stones – it’s about creating an experience that our customers love being a part of. I’m here not just to sell jewellery, but to create a fun, enjoyable buying experience.
