Each year, Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine welcomes a new class by ceremoniously giving each medical school student their white coat. Many students are able to attend Geisinger Commonwealth and accept that symbol thanks to the generosity of donors and sponsors like you. Your sponsorship of the 2024 Black Ties for White Coats Gala, to be held April 20 at Mohegan Pennsylvania, directly helps so many students and allows the school attract and retain the very best. As a result, in 2023 alone, nearly $900,000 was awarded to outstanding students who would not otherwise be able to afford medical school.

Geisinger Community Medical Center Golf Tournament Benefiting treatments and services for our community at Geisinger Community Medical Center

Monday, July 22 Elmhurst Country Club, Moscow Registration opens May 15 at go.geisinger.org/gcmcgolf The Geisinger Community Medical Center Golf Tournament, in memory of Dr. Jack Sanner, raises important funds for programs and services at the hospital. Our fabulous prize drawing is back, including a cash grand prize of $10,000. We will also give away top-notch electronic prizes, and all levels of golfers can enjoy golf prizes. This event includes lunch, an awards reception and a lovely day of golfing at Elmhurst Country Club. We anticipate an early sellout of 128 golfers. This event is Geisinger’s exclusive golf outing in northeastern PA this year. In 2025, the golf tournament in our northeast region will benefit Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine at Glenmaura National Golf Club on June 9. The northeast tournaments alternate between benefiting the Geisinger Community Medical Center Golf Tournament and Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine Golf Classic.
