HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR VISIT

Welcome Center – Our Welcome Center and green shirted Event Staff are here to help with any questions about the events, directions, venue locations and more. Plus, check out all the great Ivyland 150th merchandise we have for sale.

Dining – There is a dining area with public tables under one of the large tents in Ivyland Commons. Please be respectful of people waiting for seating and only use the tables when eating –especially if it is crowded.

Water Stations – We have set up several “Hydration Stations” courtesy of Super Value Beverages with free water for our guests. Be sure to stay hydrated, especially if it is a warm day. Look for the signs and the big blue tubs.

Rest Room Facilities – There are several porta potties available at various locations throughout the event area. Refer to the map to see where. An ADA accessible option is near the Welcome Center as well as a handwashing station.

Trash – There are trash container boxes throughout the event area. Please put all refuse in those – even plastic bottles and recyclables. Thank you!

Shuttle Transportation – We have arranged FREE shuttle service with Bucks County Transport that makes continuous trips to the Ann’s Choice Club Houses (for their residents) and The Fuge parking lot near Tranquility Brewing Company where we have public remote parking. Shuttles will run about every 15 minutes from 11:30am to approximately 8:45pm with the last trips after the Warminster Symphony Orchestra performance. Shuttle Stop and Pick up area is at the top of Wilson Ave. See map or ask.

Parking Lot Assistance – Need help to find where you parked or assistance in getting there? Come to the Welcome Center. We have Golf Cart Shuttle Service to the Milton Roy or Berger Brothers parking lots if you need a lift.

First Aid or Medical Assistance – Minor first aid help can be found at the Fire Station or Operations Center. For major medical issues, let any Event Staff member in the bright green shirts or nearby person know immediately. We have EMT personnel ready to help.
