Please note we do not sell directly to consumers. This catalogue is intended for qualified spa technicians, spa dealers, and pool & spa distributors. How to place an order Online Log on to www.geckodepot.com. Here you can place orders, view your order history, take advantage of our specials, and access technical information for our products.
By phone You may call one of our technicians at 1.800.784.3256; please ask for the technical service department. You will be redirected to our call center where a technical agent is available to take your call from 8:30 AM until 5 PM Eastern Time.

If your order happens to have an item that is out of stock, you will be informed at the time of order and we will suggest a substitute for you.
Our responsibility for any shipment ceases when the product is turned over to the carrier, even for prepaid & charged (flat fee) shipments. Please verify contents and quantity of items in the order upon receiving. Report any discrepancies to us within 5 days of the delivery of the shipment. It is imperative that you retain all packaging material & cartons for inspection by the carrier. Without these items the claim could be denied. Gecko warranty and service agreement Gecko Depot warrants that all spa systems, spa packs, pumps (excluding seals), keypads and heaters shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty-seven months (two-year product warranty and a three-month “showroom” grace period). All Aeware accessories, including in.tune CD players, in.keys audio keypads, remote controls, in.clear, and air.wav blowers are covered by an eighteen-month warranty (one-year product warranty and a six-month "showroom" grace period).
Additional warranty provisions Gecko guarantees that products sold by Gecko Depot are free from defects in workmanship and materials. Gecko's warranty does not cover problems arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, miswiring or improper installation, problems caused by improper or inadequate electrical service, or damage caused by power surges or electrical failure. This warranty is not transferable and replacement or credits are made only to the original purchaser. Upon reception of the Return Form, Gecko Depot will issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and will fax it back to you.
