took no action on the single bid of about $548,000 from Martini Construction Company of Cleveland because it was “significantly higher” than the estimate they received in 2023 of about $300,000, Radtke said in a phone interview Oct. 18. Trustees advertised for bids to replace the flat roof of the existing
