Powering Innovation of Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Turner provided construction management services for this new semiconductor manufacturing facility, completing a total of 24 projects and 1.5 million sq. ft. of building work, including: FAB 8.1 – MULTIPLE PROJECTS AND PHASES Turner served as the general contractor and construction manager for the 1.5 million sq. ft. project, overseeing the construction and fit-out of diverse structures, including semiconductor fabrication spaces. The scope included building the north end of the FAB, a new loading dock, chemical buildings, the process central utility building (PCUB), a new mechanical central utility building (MCUB), site utilities, trestles, electrical services building (ESB), high voltage yard (HV), and bulk gas storage (BGY) mat/foundation. Turner also managed turn-key vendor packages, incorporating ultra-pure water systems (UPW), waste water treatment (WWT), and chemical distribution systems (CHEM). The comprehensive services ensured the successful completion of this complex project.
