GD Studio Team are young and engaging architecture and construction practice based in Bulacan, Philippines. Founded in 2019 and registered in 2021, we specialized in the creative construction of mostly residential units. And more importantly, we believe in the realization, designing and building visions.

Our company has been an established architectural design and build firm which at first, focused on the design services. But now ready to establish even better at construction. Though our company is not that large yet, we are guaranteeing you of an excellent workmanship from design phase up to execution until the turnover of the project.

We celebrate as much as possible a sustainable design and take advantage the nature and project’s environment.

CASA ARCARA

Floor Area: 120 sq.m.

Designed to be a build-and-sell unit located in Malolos City, Bulacan and indeed quickly sold out before construction even began!

Despite the compact footprint in a small lot, Casa Arcara is meticulously crafted to maximize the space, functionality, comfort to harnessed as much natural light and ventilation to create an ambiance that’s both airy and inviting.

CASA ARADA

Floor Area: 180 sq.m.

A 5-Bedroom Residential Design and Build Project located at the heart of Metro Manila completed in 2022. Simply modern exterior with clean lines and an open plan interiors with integrated pocket garden promoting natural light and ventilation and a connection with the outdoors.

The Owner specifically requested for a design that is simple and direct-to-the-point. More of highlighting the functionality of the house rather than the decorative elements.

Our team focused on meticulously on how the Owners needed their space to fit in a 180 square meters yet seamlessly blends modern, minimalist design with invigorating touch of nature through the pocket garden.

The residence is a testament to the power of thoughtful design. It’s a place where modern living meets environmental consciousness, creating a space that’s not only stylish but also sustainable.

V-HOUSE

Floor Area: 90 sq.m.

Inspired by one of our most recognizable design –the V-House, a Single-Storey Residence, is another sophisticated outcome of clean lines and simple materials depicting a strong character for its small building footprint.

Soft hues, clean lines, some accent warm materials and its monochromatic mood depicts the overall character of this captivating house, now constructing in Talisay, Negros Occidental.

CASA PRIMEA 1

Floor Area: 360 sq.m.

The iki concept of being calm, exquisite and sophisticated but without being perfect or complicated.

Casa Primea 1 is the first of many projects in line of AAA Realty Corporation, one of the top real estate corporation in the Philippines. This three-storey two-unit residential projects located in Sucat, Paranaque were sold in just a month after its construction.

This build-and-sell development model offers a unique perspective for both the developer and the homeowner for its modular design. A challenge for us designers to allow personalization and futureproofing, considering how the space can adapt to changing needs of buyer’s needs over time.

The success of the first Casa Primea could position it as a brand known for high quality and in-demand properties. Thus, resulting for AAA to construction more Casa Primea Projects.

GOLD RESIDENCES SHOWROOM Interior fit-out

Floor Area: 260 sq.m.

A sub-contract works for a high-end interiors of Gold Residences Showroom located in Sucat, Paranaque.

CASA MULOY

Floor Area: 40 sq.m.

As we called this a Wabi-Sabi of Brutalism, the textures that become more beautiful as it ages, fades and consequently acquires new charm. The artistic sense of the Owner and our architectural expertise balanced the interpretation of expressive brutalist quality of this two-storey residence to be located in Lucena City, Quezon.

The exposed concrete, a hallmark of brutalism, wil develop a patina over the years. This aging process isn’t decay; it’s a deepening of character. The oncestark surfaces will acquire a weathered elegance.

The artistic vision of the homeowner plays a crucial role. Their desire for a space that reflects their own story is interwoven with the architect’s expertise. Together, we’ve created a residence where the brutalist framework becomes a canvas for the passage of time.

This approach extends beyond the exterior. The interior might incorporate salvaged materials, each with its own history and imperfections. Scratches on wood become character lines, while faded paint reveals layers of the past. These imperfections become conversation starters, prompting stories about the lives lived within these walls.

Sought to embrace the serenity of the surroundings and seamlessly integrate it into the fabric of the home. This concept of incorporating the solace of the wide landscape of Batangas throughout this MFarmhouse was fundamental to our design approach by strategically positioning glass curtain offering uninterrupted views of the natural surroundings from every vantage point.

NORTHEN SOLACE VILLA

Floor Area: 265 sq.m.

Northen Solace Villa, to be located in Mexico, Pampanga, entwines the warm nostalgia and clean composition of the modern Balinese and soft brutalist with the colorways and textures of the architecture.

Emphasizes clean lines, natural materials and open floor plans characteristic of Modern Balinese. These elements will likely manifest in the villa’s structure, with a focus on creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces through the large glass windows onto private courtyards and plunge pool, blurring the lines between indoors and the lush tropical surroundings.

Despite the emphasis on aesthetics, the Northen Solace Villa prioritized the functionality as well. The flow of spaces, placement of resting rooms, and integration of amenities are all thoughtfully planned to create a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for vacation, flexible for different guests.

Casita puraw

Floor Area: 40 sq.m.

Our redefined Casita Puraw has the rugged blend from the comfort of the interiors to the relaxing view of wide landscape on the exterior. The wood, concrete, terracotta and black metal accents all form into this tranquil tiny house, located in Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo, Cavite.

CASA JAVELLANA

Floor Area: 200 sq.m.

This modern contemporary resthouse to be built in Nasugbu, Batangas is strategically designed, bringing the outside in. We’ll always love to consider creating light-filled, open, and visually striking spaces that resonates with nature.

Every aspect of the home’s design was carefully considered to maximize the connection to nature. Large, expansive windows were strategically positioned to frame picturesque views of the lush landscape while allowing the natural light to flood the interior spaces and creating a sense of openness and airiness.

The layout of the resthouse was thoughtfully planned to facilitate a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living. Spacious terraces and outdoor lounging areas provide inviting retreats where residents can bask in the gentle breeze and soak in the panoramic vistas, blurring the boundaries between the built environment and the natural world.

At its core, the design concept prioritizes light, openness and a seamless connection to the outdoors, serves as a serene retreat.

THE PINK BOX

Floor Area: 120 sq.m.

Unveiling La Casa de Potpot – a stunning testament to simplicity, creativity and the fusion of brutalist aesthetics with sleek modernism.

The Pink Box stands as a beacon of architectural excellence, redefining the skyline with its bold presence and distinctive character. What sets this project apart is its focal point: the iconic “pink box”. The striking element serves as the accent piece, captivating attention and infusing the structure with a unique charm.

Drawing inspiration from the principles of brutalism, our design team has meticulously crafted a structure that harmonizes raw concrete with clean lines and minimalist sensibilities. The result? A breathtaking synthesis of strength and elegance, where every angle tells a story of craftmanship and attention to detail.

But the Pink Box is more than just a visual marvel –it’s a testament to functionality and livability. Behind its avant-garde façade lies a space meticulously designed for modern living.

CASA DAVID

Floor Area: 160 sq.m.

Weaved all considerations and preferences on plans and designs to a beautiful home of Casa David, located in Guiguinto, Bulacan.

In crafting Casa David, we embraced the ethos of modernity and contemporary design, infusing the architectural features with sleek lines, minimalist aesthetic of interiors and a focus on functionality. One of the hallmarks of modern architecture is the emphasis on clean, geometric forms, which we incorporated into the design of Casa David through the use of crisp angles and uncluttered spaces.

Contemporary design, on the other hand, allowed us to explore innovative materials integrated elements such as large windows and open floor plans to foster sense of connectivity with the surrounding environment while maximizing natural light and ventilation.

Indeed, a delightful design process with the Owner, resulting in a space that perfectly reflects their unique style and needs.

Achieving essential quality and simplicity of living throughout the home that can build in Casa Dizon, now constructing in Silang, Cavite.

The second of many projects in line of AAA Realty Corporation as previously said. Casa Primea 2 has same goal with the first but in a different approach

– embraces warmth of wood tones create an essence of more serene modern living through Wabi-Sabi and contemporary lifestyles.

By incorporating rich, natural textures and earthy hues, the home exudes a sense of comfort and tranquility, inviting residents to embrace a more relaxed way of living amidst the hustle and bustle of urban life.

Still considering the versatility of the architectural design for a larger range of target market since the main challenge is to capture the prospective buyers’ preferences and lifestyle to adapt.

Casa Primea 2 indeed is the improved version of the first, in its two-storey form, located in Bicutan, Paranaque City, as we acknowledged learnings from the previous design and construction process.
