As a Grand Canyon University student worker, I worked for GCU’s Academic and Career Excellence department as a Career Learning Advocate (LEAD) and Social Media Learning Advocate (LEAD). During both of my roles at ACE, I created office signs for my Career Advisors, flyers for upcoming events and workshops, as well as infographics about our department as well. As a Social Media LEAD I was also tasked to create Instagram Stories every week based on the current events happening at GCU as well as ACE.

The purpose of this project was to create an enganging print advertisement for Chick-fil-A using creative typography. All of the graphics, photography, and typography had to be original and uniqie to the project. Various materials and concepts were created to acheieve the final design.

Chapter 8 Artwork
The purpose of this project was to create a black and white chapter artwork for Dr. Detweiler for his book, “Honest Creativity”. The design concept needed to exhibit a strong and creative visual. This chapter artwork for chapter 8 was chosen by Dr. Detweiler personally and is currently being used in his book.

Sarah Johnson Branch Manager Sarah has been with Midwest Heritage Bank for over 10 years and has extensive experience in the banking industry. She began her career as a teller and worked her way up to her current position as Branch Manager. Sarah is known for her excellent customer service skills and ability to lead her team with efficiency and kindness. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys volunteering at local non-profit organizations and spending time with her family. David Lee Loan Advisor David joined the Midwest Heritage Bank team two years ago and has quickly become a valuable member of the staff. He has a degree in finance and a passion for helping his clients achieve their financial goals. David takes the time to explain the loan process to his clients and ensures that they have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions. Outside of work, David enjoys hiking and exploring the natural beauty of Iowa. Emily Brown Teller Emily has been with the bank for three years and is one of the most popular tellers among customers. She is known for her friendly smile and positive attitude, and she goes out of her way to make sure that every customer has a pleasant banking experience. In her free time, Emily enjoys baking and sharing her creations with her colleagues. Tom Smith Investment Advisor Tom has been with Midwest Heritage Bank for over 15 years and has extensive experience in the investment industry.He has a degree in economics and is a certified financial planner. Tom enjoys working with his clients to develop personalized investment strategies that meet their unique needs and goals. In his free time, Tom is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren. Maria Rodriguez Customer Service Representaitve Maria has been with the bank for four years and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She enjoys working with customers from diverse backgrounds and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their needs are met. In her free time, Maria volunteers at a local community center and enjoys reading books in both languages. John Williams IT Manager John has been with Midwest Heritage Bank for over 20 years and is responsible for overseeing the bank’s technology systems. He has a degree in computer science and has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years. John enjoys finding new and innovative ways to improve the bank’s technology and ensure that its systems are secure and efficient. In his free time, John enjoys hiking and spending time with his family.
ALKA 65 Brand Redesign
Alka 65 is a budget friendly Alkaline water brand that can be found at budget friendly stores such as Dollar Tree. The goal was to create a modern redesign of the outdated and lackluster branding on the current water bottle packaging.
