OSC PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT: What are you waiting for? Take advantage of thousands of dollars available to you through First Energy Utility Rebate Incentives! Since its launch in the fall of 2018, the new OSC FirstEnergy Rebate program has provided thousands in rebates to OSC member districts. Currently, 23 districts have submitted applications for the program, representing $153,508 in rebates. The program provides two ways to earn cash back for your district: “pre-approved purchases and projects” and “look-back” projects allowing districts to submit for rebates on efficiency upgrades back to 2016. Items eligible for rebate incentives include lighting upgrades, qualified appliance purchases, a wide variety of consumer electronics (including Chromebooks), Food Service equipment, HVAC and more! Our staff at OSC is here to help you navigate through the entire process including sign-up, document submission as well as monitoring the approval and rebate payment process with FirstEnergy.
