GCPA ACCOUNT:
Registration & Policies
All students must create an account to register for GCPA programming. There may be one account per family representing multiple students, which will allow families to take advantage of multiple-class pricing discounts (see pricing schedule below)! Accounts must be created before registration may be completed.
REGISTRATION FEE: GCPA charges a nonrefundable registration fee of $25 per student per year, due upon first registration. Families enrolling more than one student at a time are charged a nonrefundable family registration fee of $35 per year. Registration fees are charged on a Fall-Spring-Summer cycle. Accounts are automatically charged the fee the first session enrolled during that cycle.
CLASSES: Semester Classes are billed per month on a sliding scale based on total class hours per week. The more classes you take, the lower the cost per hour and the better the value! Registration takes place once in fall and once in spring. The first payment is due upon registration, and remaining monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. After the first month’s payment upon registration, the fall semester has three additional monthly payments, October - December, and the spring semester has four additional monthly payments, February - May. Monthly totals are based on an even division of the semesterly cost, not the number of weeks in the month.
For example, a student enrolled in a 1 hour Ballet class pays $56 per month. A student in a 1 hour Tap class and a 1.5 hour Musical Theatre class (for a total of 2.5 class hours per week) pays $132 per month. Total class hours per week includes families enrolling multiple students! A family with one student enrolled in a 1 hour Ballet class and a 1 hour Tap class AND another student enrolled in a 1.5 hour Acting class (for a total of 3.5 class hours per week) pays $173 per month.

CLASS CONCLUSIONS GCPA's education program is focused on the process of learning and growing into a wellrounded artist. While this is performing arts training, classes are not working towards a final, polished performance as you would see in a typical recital. All demonstrations are meant to be relaxed in atmosphere and to limit the amount of additional commitment outside of the classroom. Demonstration types have been assigned in a way to best highlight the work and development of that class, based on age, level and discipline.
