Over twenty years ago, I began my PRISM journey with the Gold Coast Builders Association. Since then, I’ve had the joy and honor of chairing the PRISM Awards nearly 15 times—and it was truly special to once again play a role in bringing this year’s celebration to life.

A very special thank-you to our incredible PRISM Committee! Each of you has made such an impact—this event simply wouldn’t have been possible without your dedication, creativity, and tireless effort.

The PRISM Awards recognize excellence across the building industry, honoring professionals who consistently go above and beyond in their crafts. It’s inspiring to see so many familiar and new faces come together to celebrate this long-standing GCBA tradition—now more than 32 years strong.

Each PRISM entry is evaluated through a detailed, point-based system, with every category scored according to specific criteria. Only submissions that meet the required threshold qualify for an award, making each win a true accomplishment worthy of recognition.

A heartfelt thank-you to our judges from across the country—reviewing so many outstanding entries is no easy task, and your expertise and time are deeply appreciated.
