I am truly honored and grateful for your trust in me to lead as your 2024 GCAR President. The upcoming year promises to be one of productivity and growth for our association, encompassing the diverse interests of our 3,800 members.
The challenges faced in 2023, both locally in the Capital Region and nationwide, were unprecedented and left a lasting impact on the real estate landscape. The intricate interplay of various factors has reshaped our industry’s expectations and predictions and informed speculations about 2024.
