Day 1 9:00

Arrival to Ljubljana Airport.

9:15 Old-timer cars awaiting in front of the Airport and departure for Bled, driving on scenic local roads.

10:15 Arrival to Bled castle, where the group can observe the functioning of historic printing press (the documents imprint the information about the event which participant get to keep), botelling of wine (that participants can keep) and a medieval sword duel.

11:00 After refreshment the group walks down to the lake where they have bicycles waiting for the participants and they have to follow a trail (which can include teambuilding elements) that leads them to the traditional “Pletna” boats.

12:00 Departure of boats to the Bled island to visit the Church and where additional teambuilding elements can be incorporated.

13:00 The boats bring the group to the Vila Bled, once a residence of president Tito. There lunch is served at the terrace.

15:00 The cars wait for the group in front of Vila Bled and the group departs toward Ljubljana.

13:00 Finish of the challenge is at the Ljubljana market, where a light lunch with show cooking is served in a privatised area.

16:15 After driving on the scenic roads the group arrives to Ljubljana to the hotel where after check-in the group is given some free time.

14:30 A ship waits for the participants at the marketplace and takes the group for a ride on the Ljubljanica river.

18:30 The group has a short walk to the funicular that takes them to Ljubljana castle, where at the viewing platform they have the aperitif with views over the city. This is followed by dinner at privatised Strelec restaurant, one of the most exclusive restaurants in the country. A variety of musical entertainment can be included in the programme of the dinner.

15:30 The bus waits for the group.

22:00 Return to the hotel and optional visit of bars and clubs in the old city.

16:00 Arrival at Dvor Jezeršek estate where the participants are shown how to prepare bread. Each makes his personalised loaf and places it in the old oven. Refreshment is served to the participants.

RAFTING IN THE TARA RIVER CANYON Incentive: The Tara River Canyon - 82 km long and 1330 deep – the deepest canyon in Europe, part of the National Park Durmitor and UNESCO World Heritage site, is one of the best activities that you can experience in Montenegro. One or two days on the river can be combined with an overnight in a traditional village by the river or up in the mountain.

CANYON NEVIDIO Incentive: Canyon Nevidio is located in central part of Montenegro on slopes of Mount Durmitor. It was conquered 1965 for the first time till that year it “haven’t been seen” which probably is the main reason for its name. It is the last conquered canyon in Europe and still one of the less visited places. Canyon is 3 km long, with number of waterfalls, whirls and passages made by the water. In some places Nevidio cliffs are half meter wide and 400m high.

Wow factor: The biggest part of the canyon is in eternal shadow. Sunlight cannot reach the bottom because of the steep cliffs. On certain spots, the width of the canyon is merely one meter.

THE SEARCH OF THE POKLJUKA BEAR Incentive: Actively experience the winter environment in surrounding nature and have an experience within unusual activities. Pokljuka Bear is an event that occurs in a winter atmosphere, in the great outdoors. Participants are set out for the snowy landscape. They use all means necessary for successful progressing: snowshoes, hiking poles, equipment for prevention against snow avalanches, snow shovel, ... On the way they need, among other things, to build a house out of snow “an igloo,” where they can warm up, have a warm drink and snacks, so they can easily continue with their mission. They also need to rescue victims of an avalanche and to orient themselves with modern GPS devices. This event is a fun experience, which is spiced up with a warm lunch (goulash in a bread cup, hot wine and tea).

RE-CYCLE EVENT Incentive: The process of recycling and creating new things through team work.

There are plenty of options for re-cycling events. Here are a few examples of our experiences: Creating new bicycles from old ones, which were useless and abandoned. Constructing promotional and sales booths from different kinds of old materials under the watchful eye of an architect. Building big sledges from old skis and other used materials, which is the most popular theme in winter time. At the end we use new sledges for organizing a funny sledding competition. Re-cycle Event is a socially responsible project, where participants gain various new knowledge.

CHARITY BAZAAR Incentive: This activity is organized in cooperation with the local Women Association, local charity associations and St Nicola’s church. Guests will participate in creative workshops and make various products which will be sold in order to raise money. Donation ceremony will take place at St Nicola’s church, after which participants will gather for a concert of the orthodox choir.

13:00 Speedboats transfer to the Paklinski Islands, the spectacular archipelago in front of Hvar Town.

We wanted to combine entertainment and teamwork, so the participants are divided into groups and their challenge is to prepare a meal with ingredients they get. They are evaluated according to their skills, time spent on the task, quality of the food, presentation etc.

CHALLENGE: The aim of the event is to bring the co-workers together as a team, showing creativity, role delegation, coordination of the team, and of course, having great fun. Since during the year there is no or little time to have fun with the colleagues, this kind of event is essential for team spirit, motivation and loyalty toward the company.

SOLUTION: For this kind of event we suggest a place in the nature, but of course, there are also other possibilities. After the ice-breaking game and snacks, the groups are divided into smaller groups of 5-6-people. They get all the ingredients (meat, vegetables, spices, skewers, cutlery‌) and a small barbeque. A special group is rating the groups’ work

and dishes, according to various criteria. After the contest is over, the party with good food, drinks and other games continues.

One of them, „Iustitia“, will present you a true Baroque atmosphere of Poreč and we guarantee you that you don’t want to miss being a part of our most dynamic event. A great way to award your employees, colleagues, partners or friends.

ABOUT: Poreč, a charming Mediterranean town in Istria, became a target of a notorious and infamous thief Domenico Furlan in 1699. According to the legend, he destroyed the tabernacle of the Basilica Poreč, stealing the gold and silver with which it was

adorned. Following the „living history“ concept, this legend has been revived and the participants of Istra Inspirit experience „Iustitia“ can now help in returning the stolen treasure. In order to find the thief, the participants have to work as a team and cooperate.

During the chase, they must show their skills, but also loyalty to the group. This can be very demanding because in this event the power of a group depends on each member of a team and it is a „must“ to work together.

CHALLENGE: In order to catch the thief, co-workers must work as a team. They must show the respect for the other colleagues and trust to each other. Also, they will have to show how good they are in coordination and organization of the tasks and how do they work under pressure. They will be asked to make the best decisions in a short time and to show how they work as a team. At the same time, they will get an unforgettable experience full of fun and learn more about Istria, Poreč, their legends and gastronomy.

SOLUTIONS: Everything starts with an interesting and interactive performance of a Basilica Poreč robbery. After they see a thief who stole the treasure from Basilica Poreč, the group will have to find him.

In order to do that, they will have to run after him all around Poreč. If they want to be successful, they will have to rely on each other and work as a team. After they find the thief, they will have to decide what to

do with him. In that part they will have to show how good they are in finding compromises. When their task is complete, they will be awarded with a rich Baroque dinner, dances…

AFTER THE EVENT: While developing Istra Inspirit project, we noticed that this is a project with a great potential to be offered as an incentive and team-building program. Why? All the experiences of Istra Inspirit project are being held in interesting authentic locations and are a great way to educate its participants in an informal and entertaining way. Through interactive theatre plays and games, we include all participants in the event.

Moreover, Istra Inspirit events can be adjusted to almost every request of a group. Our visitors can all agree in one: they’ve got an unexpected, interesting experience and education about Istrian history, tradition and gastronomy, but also about some important life values.
