In December of 2016, IAN Corporation graduated from the SBA 8(a) Program.

However, the company continues to build upon its existing portfolio as a Small Business. Having constructed a new, larger warehouse/office staging its company, IAN recently invested in land acquisition for multiple purposes; one, is for the construction of a subdivision (named Tre-Vista), and another, is the incorporation of Primet Rock, LLC, a surface mining company with a Guam EPA-approved Solid Waste Management permit to operate a Solid Waste Storage & Processing Facility in the municipality of Mangilao.

This unique capability differentiates the company from its competitors as it factors considerable savings to the government and other clients into potential bids by negating the usual disposal of construction debris at established local facilities, with its hefty disposal fees. RELYANT Global, LLC (RELYANT) is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Maryville, TN, USA. Established in 2006, the company specializes in horizontal and vertical construction, MILCON, military munitions response and environmental services, and deployed troop support services. Our project experience includes work for both US and other governments, commercial, residential, and industrial facilities worldwide.

RELYANT officially opened our Guam office in early 2016, with a sustaining staff of 6 that included Project Managers, Quality and Safety Professionals, and administrative support along with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in construction and munitions response and specialty trades. Our total employee count on Guam continues to rise, with project awards and ramp ups, with 29 current full-time staff on island, an increase of nearly 400% in less than two years.
