BEYOND THE STRETCH A THERAPY PARTNERS GROUP NEWSLETTER
A MESSAGE FROM OUR VICE PRESIDENT OF INTAKE I want to share with all of you how excited I was when offered the opportunity to join Therapy Partners Group. In my first weeks of visiting some of our clinics I could feel and hear the passion of what we do in people's voices and the engagement of discussing areas of concern was so easy and open, I knew I had made a great choice and honored to be a part of this TPG Team. I can’t wait to get back out on the road and meet with more of you face to face and share some of the things we want to explore to address challenges and improve our patient experience. I hope to make that happen very soon but wanted to share a bit about myself. I spent 10 years of my career in the physical therapy industry and loved every minute of it. We were acquired by a private equity firm that provided so many growth opportunities and support that the success we had was tremendous and ended up being acquired by one of the largest home health and therapy providers in the nation when all was said and done. I had read Patrick Lencioni’s book “The FIVE Dysfunctions of a TEAM” when presented by a previous CEO several years prior to the acquisition, but to have an opportunity placed in front of me and be able to put that into action and see the results was instrumental to my own success and in what we were able to accomplish. I am counting on that here as well. I am so happy to be back in a familiar industry that I am very much passionate about. I feel like I have been running at 100 mph since I joined and have not had the ability to meet everyone on this fabulous team but thought I would share my focus and thoughts: Creating a comprehensive Front End Operational Organizational Chart that allows us to build a team that brings results, is committed, has no conflict, and has complete trust in our vision for growth To provide this front office team the ability to come together and conquer I have placed my focus areas on the support we will each need and working on standardizing operating procedures, adding these to how we learn and use Raintree day to day, implementing workflows that ensure data integrity, and working to build reporting to manage by daily Getting to know our talent, what they want and how that fits in TPG's plan for growth Improving our training plan, adding training materials, and a 15-minute top 10 focused Raintree learning video to share with teams I am always looking for ideas to discuss and improve on ways we move TPG to the top of our patients’ minds.
