As we enter the Thanksgiving and holiday season, I've found myself thinking about the work we do and the people who make this profession what it is.
After 25 years in the profession, I am reminded every year why physical therapy is still one of the best things going. People trust us with their stories, their struggles, and their hope. What we do actually works - not in theory, not on paper, but in real living rooms, kitchens, gyms, and clinics every single day. We help people get back to the stuff that matters to them, and that is a gift that never gets old.
I'm grateful for every one of you that is part of the TPG team: the way you show up for your patients, the way you lift each other up, the emotional investment you give that carries people beyond sets, rep,s and manual techniques. That's the part most people never see, but the part that makes what we do special. You create unforgettable interactions, and you're often the highlight of someone's day.
To our team, our students, and anyone thinking about joining this profession: You're stepping into work that means something. Physical and Occupational therapy is growing, and our collective impact keeps getting bigger. Movement is medicine, and we are the leaders in defining that future

ve a great holiday season, enjoy the people around ng me to represent you and this profession.
