As VP of Technical Expertise and Discipline Engineering for the North American Engineering organization, Shannon is responsible for subject matter expertise that supports 95 sites and large capital projects (including MDI 3) across North America in a wide array of disciplines such as Machinery, Instrumentation, Automation, Electrical, Process Safety, Digitalization, Mechanical, Civil, Piping, Maintenance and ShannonReliability.has had a diverse career with roles in Technical Expertise, Plant Management, Project Management, Corporate Strategy, New Plant Construction and Startup, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering Design and Digitalization. As part of a commitment to lifelong learning and self improvement, Shannon has earned 4 certificates from Cornell University focusing on leadership.

Shannon Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana in 1998 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2019.
Shannon is part of the GEN Leadership Team, the GE Technical Expertise Leadership Team and the Global Engineering Digital Core Team. Shannon is a Board Member and 2021 Vice Chair for the Engineering & Construction Contracting Association, a member of Louisiana State University’s College of Engineering Advisory Council and is the Subcommittee Leader for the Engineering PDP/LDP Program. Shannon sponsors the Veteran’s ERG (Employee Resource Group) in Geismar and volunteers for Donate Life, a true passion of his. Shannon lives in Geismar, LA, with his wife Holly, daughter Madison (21) and son Riley (18) where he enjoys motorcycling, rebuilding cars and motorcycles, playing drums and reading philosophy.

Thad graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelors in Construction Management and currently resides in Baton Rouge, with his wife Brandy and 4 daughters. He is an active leader in the community and industry serving on the board of numerous non profit organizations including Louisiana Manufacturers Political Action Committee (LAMP), EBR Catholic Diocesan School Board and Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors Pelican Education Foundation . One of his most rewarding community engagements has been coaching basketball at St. George Catholic Middle school for over 23 years.
Mr. Rispone has been with ISC Constructors since its founding in 1989. He started working in the warehouse while in high school and over the company’s 33 year history, Thad has worked his way up through the field, into project controls, estimating and business development.
Thad currently serves as Executive Vice President leading ISC’s comprehensive engineering services group as well as regional construction and maintenance operations executed out of ISC’s Beaumont and Houston, Texas offices. Mr. Rispone remains active in all aspects of ISC’s strategic growth and is a passionate industry advocate progressing safety standards and innovative workforce development practices.
