Dear Friends, Welcome to our second UnGala, our signature dinner and wine country auction supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley! The last 2 years have been a whirlwind for our community. We are incredibly proud, however, of the work and support the Club continues to do on behalf of Napa’s most vulnerable. The Club is a place of joy and engagement. It’s a place of family and heart. We are so much more than daycare, and that distinction has never been more apparent than in our response to emergent crisis over the last five years. If you live, work, visit, or do business in Napa, you’ve witnessed the Club’s work because behind that grocery store clerk’s mask was a father who knew his teen was getting help with distance learning. The doctor you saw was focused because she knew her daughter was safe and loving that art program. That Napa Valley wine we love, the vineyard worker who harvested the grapes beneath the orange sky of wildfires, his kids were at the Club doing science programs and making new friends. The Club is a place for youth but there is a real magic that takes place within these walls and tonight you get to help that magic persist. Its easy for us to say that these successes are agency driven, but you, as donors, advocates, and community leaders make all of this possible. Your support makes our work deeper and more impactful. More than that, your support makes life qualitatively better for people living and working in Napa Valley. That’s what we love about Napa. As a community,
we believe that success is a shared venture; that our exceptional leaders, vintners, and partners understand that their success is born of the hard work and effort of our entire Napa Valley community, that the fruits of that labor enrich the lives of our community as a whole. With this spirit in mind, we know every child deserves the chance to realize their own limitless potential; tonight is an expression of your investment in, support of, and love for the Napa Valley and more importantly the generations of youth who continue to grow among the vines. Bidding It’s a live auction. When an item you’d like to bid on comes up, raise your program with the number facing out so the Auctioneer can read it. The Auctioneer will look to the crowd and, with the assistance of spotters, collect your bid. The highest bidder for every item will be the winner!
Check-Out Our check-out team will collect and reconcile all bids during the Live Action Dessert hour. Most auction winnings will be mailed or available for pick up the week of July 26th.

Internationally acclaimed artist, Bill Patterson will join us tonight to create a unique piece of art for you, the winning bidder, to take home. Bill has a robust artistic history and following with works owned by multiple celebrities and worldwide corporations such as Microsoft, FedEx, BMW, Porsche and Ferrari to name a handful. Although his focus is commissioned fine art, he’s helped raise over a million dollars at charity galas supporting causes like The National Guard Youth Foundation, St Jude's Children's Hospital and United Way. Paintings have sold for as much as $50,000 USD!

Located within a stones throw of the coveted rue de Bac in the Faubourg St. Germain area of the left bank, the Cristal Apt is a few blocks away from some of Paris’ most iconic landmarks. This apartment is NOT AVAILABLE to the public and offered exclusively by invitation. In addition to being used by foreign dignitaries on state business the space has also been used by Metallica legends like James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, and Kirk Hammett. When Lenny Kravitz visit’s Paris, this is where he stays.

You DO NOT want to miss your chance to partake in this heart-pounding adventure featuring tactical training, demonstrations, instruction in the use of special weapons, and S.W.A.T. Team assault exercises. On a to be agreed upon Saturday in Spring of 2023 you and nine others will be taken by bus to the Napa SWAT. team training center. You’ll spend a morning familiarizing yourself with gear & movements under the watchful eye of actual SWAT team members. Follow that up with Live Fire drills at the range including actual hardware used by SWAT. After Lunch you and your team will be briefed on the afternoon’s mission and load up in the Lenco Bear Cat G3 armored vehicle to achieve your mission objectives. You’ll be able to share this with friends and family in the form of a video care of the film crew who will be on-site to record your adventure!

Limit 10 Spots. Date: The best Saturday in Spring of 2023 depending on SWAT Schedule and availability of participants as determined by majority. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed during the training experience. All participants must be at least 21 years of age. Subject to rescheduling if S.W.A.T. team is called for duty or if weather conditions do not allow. Another mutually agreed-upon date will be arranged should this occur.

Help us continue our outcome driven mission to ensure great futures for Napa Valley Youth! Things EVERY Bidder should know 1. Your bid number is printed on your auction program/paddle and is registered in your name. Use it when bidding and do not allow anyone else to use it. If your number is attached to the high bid, we will assume you want to buy the item. 2. Payment must be made in full by cash, check (payable to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley), credit card, or debit card at the end of the night on June 18th, 2022. 3. Items may be released on presentation of a paid receipt at the Boys & Girls Club at 1515 Pueblo Ave. 4. For auction items and services not claimed, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser of items and/or services to ensure we have contact information so we can arrange for the time and place of delivery or pickup, preferably within 3 business days of the event. All physical items including wine must be claimed by October 1st, 2022. Any unclaimed items beyond this date will be considered property of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley. 5. Items- including gift certificates- may not be redeemed for cash nor may the expiration dates be extended. Unless noted, all purchased services must be used on or before June 18th, 2023. 6. The Board of Directors and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley warrant neither the quality nor the value of items and services auctioned. While every effort has been made to describe each item correctly, all items are sold “as is” and “with all faults or charms.” We encourage you to ask any questions you might have about a lot prior to bidding 7. Some items have restrictions or exclusions.
