Welcome to KOLT Cattle’s Dispersal Sale.

Another chapter, the final one for KOLT Cattle will come to a close on Friday, November 29th at 3 P.M. As advertised, we will be offering our entire inventory of cattle, as well as our frozen genetics! What a tremendous opportunity for YOU!

Browse the cattle offering and see that over 95% of the offering has nationally recognized championships in their blood. We are proud to say that every cow except one stems from a Denver Champion or Reserve cow family! Without a doubt, this boastful remark shows in their own daughters and son’s being offered! Wow, what an incredible set of calves!

We have worked hard over the past 20 years building a reputable brand that has had tenure in several breeds. Each year, we have managed to surface some of the breed’s most competitive cattle for our friends and customers. It has always amazed me that we have been able to land cattle in some of the best barns all across the country, and finding outfits with the same passion for the cattle as ours.

Once again, thanks to everyone involved in the every day tasks at home. My wife Lynn and the kids, Carly, Mike and Maren who love the cows. Jeff and Darla for continued help throughout all the years, and to everyone (it’s really quite the list) who has spent time here riding for the KOLT Brand.

In closing know this, the future for the Kolterman’s is in the cattle business. It’s in our blood! Our new mission will more about you, the consumer, in a sort of customer appreciation fashion. More about that later...

TERMS + CONDITIONS DISPERSAL TERMS// This sale is the Dispersion of KOLT Cattle. The live cattle, recipients, embryos, semen are selling in their entirety. KOLT Cattle and Sale Management will make every effort to provide as much information possible about every lot selling, however the buyer assumes all risk with his or her purchases and their is no further guarantee whatsoever after the auctioneer says sold. Lots 54 - 59 are covered by their representative breeds’ breeding guarantees and the consignors stand behind them seperate from KOLT Cattle.

PAYMENT TERMS// Terms of the sale are cash or check made payable to Aegerter Marketing Services, Inc., immediately following the sale and before the cattle are removed from the premises. Purchasers of their representatives must sign the bill of sale prior to leaving the sale.

BILLED ACCOUNTS// All billed accounts are due and expected within 10 days of the sale date. At 10 days, a two percent service charge will be added to the unpaid balance and an additional two percent will be added every 30 days thereafter.

LIABILITY// Each animals will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as sold, but will be cared for by the seller of a reasonable amount of time. Neither the owner, employees, auctineer, sale manager or other affiliated personnel can be responsible for any accidents, but they will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending.

FLUSHES & DNA// KOLT Cattle Co. reserve one flush of eight or more grade 1 or 2 embryos at our expense on all females selling. KOLT Cattle Co. also retains at our expense the opportunity to obtain a DNA cell line for cloning purposes on all cattle selling in this sale.
