These 2 years of my master's degree have been a roller coaster ride but what matters the most is when you pull out the plug for the things that are not in your control, and simultaneously how you tackle the things that are in your arena
Through this magazine also, we have tried to showcase examples of when to fight for passion and when to sit back on the couch and enjoy the pleasures of being in a peaceful state of mind.
I would also like to thank the editorial and technical team for their constant support and believing and making the magazine possible at the earliest.
Last but not least I would like to thank Madhavi Ma'am and Bose sir for their constant support.

So I was detected with bone cancer just above the knee area in 2010 Earlier I visited a doctor near Sonipat who suggested that I show it to a doctor in Rohtak where they took my sample After 15 days the result showed that I was detected with bone cancer and then they inserted a rod via operation 4 years later I again was detected with bone cancer but this time the doctor gave me an option either we can insert a rod which can again cause bone cancer which will further damage the liver or we can cut that leg off which they said is the better option So I proceeded with what they suggested which was cutting off my leg I woke a day later and the doctors gave me a supporter to walk which I refused as I didn’t want to feel as if I lost one of my legs; hence I started walking on my own by hoping and trying In 2016 I started training myself and I got to know about a bodybuilding competition and got inspired to take part in it. I participated and won the competition through which I gifted my parents on their birthday I even met Bollywood actor Sahil khan who gave me a lifetime sponsorship
Q. You must have faced a lot of problems initially so how did you overcome that?
I just had one aim I want to become something one day and break the stereotype among people that one cannot do anything in life if he/she is differently abled I just completely focused on my work on the initial days and my hard work paid off
Q. Who has motivated you the most throughout your journey?
My mother was the biggest motivator in my life especially when I lost my leg and everyone was asking me to leave bodybuilding, it was only she who stood up for me and told me that show them what you are in such a way that they won’t ever open their mouth to discourage you Motivation doesn’t come just because I said my story it comes with a lot of experiences and hustles one had to face throughout his life.
Q. Please, tell us something about Sahil khan and your tie-up with him
He is a very big brand in himself All this started when I was up for a competition in Ludhiana where his close friend Sahi Chauhan was present and was very impressed with my performance that he came up on the stage and said I will take you to Sahil khan When we met Sahil khan that’s when he said that if you want anything in life we will be there to support you On 9 Oct 2020, our CM of Haryana Manohar Lal khaddar tweeted about me

Yes, I am the ambassador of that brand I always promote good products and use only the good ones I never recommend products that I haven’t used and cannot guarantee that
Q What are your plans?
I never think about my future, I only live in my present and move according to that, because if I think about my future I overthink and get stressed
Q. Can I know your day-to-day activities?
We have a diet with 6 meals in it the nutrition is Divine nutrition which is a brand of Sahil khan I have a great coach from Kalkaji who trains me with my diet.

The technology underpinning film analysis hasn't altered in a while, although new technology has revolutionised many facets of professional sports, from radio headsets for coach-player communication to stronger, lighter equipment True, teams made the transition from celluloid to digital files, but organising, editing, and learning from the film can be an extremely time-consuming process that involves scrolling through hours of ineffective footage to identify the plays they're looking for. Sometimes, sports organisations commit entire departments to this task.
Such a procedure is expected to be greatly streamlined by a new generation of A.I. technology, offering the early adopters a competitive advantage. In reality, merging artificial intelligence with video analysis may soon enable athletic success on a scale that was previously unthinkable. Artificial intelligence has already significantly changed how athletes practise. Sparta Science, based in California, and Seattle Sports Sciences, for example, provide teams with machine-learning systems that evaluate athletes' movements to enhance their form and even forecast their injuries.
Basketball players who utilise the training programme HomeCourt, which can be downloaded on a smartphone and used by individuals, can improve their shooting form and monitor their progress by utilising A.I. A.I.based training is also available for runners and cyclists all thanks to apps like AIEndurance Yet, sports teams are just starting to use artificial intelligence (AI) for film analysis, whereas the most recent innovations should soon be able to offer much more insight in a much shorter amount of time Current developments in object tracking and recognition show special potential for getting an edge over competitors
The most recent A I systems are capable of identifying specific players, movements, plays, or patterns without a human being needing to look at a screen So, a coach doesn't have to spend hours watching the video to discover the specific material they require to add A I capabilities to a team's current cameras, for instance, the Remark A I Box may be plugged into them without the need to add new sensors or other equipment
These innovations have made it easier to select the most pertinent video content and put up customised video packages for each player on a team When compared to the past, when this activity needed multiple full-time employees, using A I , it can be completed quickly by one person or even automatically It will undoubtedly save coaches and players a lot more time
A technological improvement to the time-honoured training method of film study was long needed We may anticipate seeing the outcomes on the playing field now that teams are on the verge of adopting A I in novel ways
A Yoga is not a religion but a way of life for a healthy mind in a healthy body. The benefits of yoga are immense as it helps in controlling the mind, body and soul of a person. Combine mental and physical disciplines to bring body and mind into harmony; reduces tension and anxiety and make you feel comfortable. It also helps improve body tone, muscle strength and flexibility and Improves vitality, energy and respiration Yoga may seem like just stretching, but it has many more benefits for your body in terms of how you feel, thinks and moves
The central government has officially recognized yoga as a competitive sport, paving the way to promote the inclusion of the ancient practice in national, provincial and university competitions across the country IT emphasize the youthfulness, benefits and spiritual roots of yoga, the Ministry of Sports and Ayush as collaborated in its implementation India has also recently established the National Yogasana Sports Federation of India (NYSFI) to preserve and promote yoga as a competitive sport
Saudi Arabia is the second country after India to declare yoga as a sport. in 2014 December 11 The United Nations declared June 21 as International Yoga Day. A total of 175 countries participated as sponsors, the highest number ever for a General Assembly resolution, led by India
“Yoga embodies the union of mind and body; think and do; moderation and implementation; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and wellness,” said Narendra Modi (Prime Minister of India) However, globalization and internationalization of yoga are less of a challenge than comparing the yoga market to a competitive sporting event Not many countries recognize yoga as a competitive sport, but I believe that the future of yoga is bright and it is very likely that one day we will see yoga in the Olympics and many other sporting events

Leadership is defined as the ability to influence a group to achieve a vision or goals The source of this influence may be formal, for example through organizational hierarchy However, this does not mean that every manager is a leader or that only managers are leaders The ability to influence and motivate a person can also occur in an informal setting So a leader can emerge in any field, be it political, social or sports
Leadership role in sports
In today's world, dynamic and charismatic leadership plays a key role in the success of many sports
Without a doubt, leadership is the art of leading diverse groups in an organized manner to achieve collective and aligned goals It is both emotional and rational good leaders monitor their team's strengths and weaknesses and identify threats and opportunities Therefore, the role of the sports leader is very important in carrying out the mission Indeed, a strong leader has qualities that unite all players towards a certain goal
A strong leader can influence other team members in many ways This can motivate and increase team morale and self-confidence There is ample evidence that coaches and team captains have influenced the success of their teams, leading to incredible victories This is how the dynamism and charisma of sports leaders bring great results When you look at people who lead teams, like coaches and captains, you see different leadership styles A coach or team captain must have different skills However, in today's sports, his leadership style, such as autocratic, democratic and laissez-faire leaders, is common A sports leader has a threefold role He must guarantee the satisfaction of the players, perform well and lead the group to success Sports leaders have positional power over all players But the role of a director of football involves much more than a good assessment of a player's potential Conclusion
Depending on the level of the teams and the nature of the game, no one style of leadership in sports is right for everyone Teams made up of senior members can follow the lead of their coaches and captains to get organized quickly and achieve their goals At the same time, athletes who are just starting their sports careers need a different management style than seniors and amateurs Thus, the most successful manager or captain must have a variety of skills that allow him to use all three leadership styles depending on the situation
If you're into sports, you've surely come across a few mascots that you've grown to love These characters are used by sports teams as a humorous device to give the team personality and energy to the audience It is difficult to imagine sports without mascots, as they are an integral part of the culture A strong mascot character will motivate the audience perfectly. The team can focus on performing at their best by harnessing the energy of the crowd. These people are not just silly or cute animals who go around making others laugh They do their best to encourage everyone to show teamwork, and by providing moral support, they can ultimately help lead the team to success Mascots contribute to a sense of team identity For teams to function properly, they must be able to define their own identity You can find themes based on the mascot characters used by many of the most famous teams Although there are many different species, many of the most famous characters have connections with animals In a professional sports league, a mascot is often one of the first topics discussed when building a new team
Professional sports also attach great importance to goods If you're a fan of your neighbourhood sports teams, you'll think it's worth investing in jerseys and jerseys to show your support for your team. The mascot will be on many of these items. A character is a marketing tool for the club and a source of pride for fans of the sports ensemble. It is also worth noting how much children appreciate a good mascot character. These characters are perfect for interacting with children because they are likeable and fun. Your kids will love meeting the character if you take them to a major sporting event for the night One of the reasons it's not at all unusual to see teams selling stuffed animals or other items with their characters on them is this You probably wouldn't feel the same way about imagining your favourite sports team without the mascot it's named after It is essential to make the most of the sports experience, as these characters inspire the audience and help the team to form a common identity
These figures are adored by people of all ages and often bring a smile
Think about the effort that mascot puts in the next time you watch a hockey or basketball game They consistently put the team first They contribute to the pleasure of supporting your favourite team
Currently, cricket is one of the major sports around the world It began in 1611 in English villages. Over the years it has grown rapidly in popularity and established itself as a leading sport in London and the South East of England in 1744 the first laws of cricket were written and amended Cricket was brought to North America through the English colonies in the 17th century, and it came to other countries in the 18th century. Women's cricket played an important role in the development of the sport in the 19th century, with the first women's county match being played in 1811 Bowling was legalized in 1864; in 1864 it was also a significant year for the publication of the first Wisden Cricketers' Almanac, which continues to this day
The Imperial Cricket Conference (as the ICC was originally known) was established in 1909 Cricket became popular with the advent of test cricket and domestic competitions At the International Cricket Conference (then) 1975 England hosted the first-ever Men's Cricket World Cup, featuring all Test nations of the time, with West Indies triumphing in the final at Lord's.
The 21st century has seen some of the fastest-moving changes in the history of the game, arguably none more so than its shortest version, the three-hour spectacle of Twenty20 Cricket in 2007 September. India's victory over Pakistan in the final of the first ICC World Twenty20 held in Johannesburg attracted more than 400 million. There were also innovations on the field with the introduction of Limited Overs Cricket, including Power Plays affecting the pitch restrictions and the use of two new balls in Day Internationals There was also a huge advance in Test Match cricket as the Adelaide Oval hosted the first one-day Test match between Australia and New Zealand with a specially designed pink ball There have also been many technological advances in the game in recent times, such as ball tracking, flashing stumps and braces to make accurate run-out decisions, infrared cameras and edge-sensing technology can be used to see if the mace has hit the ball and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method used to calculate goals and results in adverse weather conditions in limited overs matches
In 2008 series between India and Sri Lanka debuted a new starting system where players could report certain fielding decisions to the third umpire. This evolved into a formal decision review system.
“She's slim, fit " This is a misconception many of us have Being thin doesn't necessarily mean being fit Many of us envy that skinny girl next door who eats junk food day after day but barely gains weight However, it would be interesting to note that just because the fat is deposited around the organs and not under the skin, it does not look fat This is a lesser known dangerous condition also known as Thin Outside Fat Inside
Even people who take care of their health and maintain their weight through diet rather than exercise can have a lot of internal fat stores, even if they look thin Without clear, alarming signs of visible belly fat, thin people mistakenly believe they are healthy Generally, people who are fat on the inside are more likely to become obese in the future simply because they eat more sugary and fatty foods and exercise less
Although the immediate effect and exact risk of excess visceral fat storage are unclear, it is suspected to increase the risk of heart disease and diabetes over time. An excessive amount of internal fat deposits disrupts the body's internal communication system When fat forms a layer around the body's internal organs, it can mistakenly send chemical signals to cause fat to accumulate in organs such as the liver or pancreas, which can lead to insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, or heart disease Fat, active people may be considered healthier than their lean but inactive counterparts It is important to burn visceral fat through regular exercise or even improvingyourdiet
Frequent physical movements in the body aggressively affect visceral fat (excessive accumulation of adipose tissue in the abdominal area), which helps to keep the body healthy and fit Visceral fat is locked away deep in the muscles and around the organs and releases certain types of hormones that prevent the body from balancing its energy needs

Have you ever wondered why every country takes sports so seriously and why every country has a burning desire for a gold medal? Well I mean imagine your life without sports and sporting events I believe we all have played some kind of sport at least once in our lives and playing this sport can make you feel good and active some of you can feel happy and carefree I also think we can all agree that many people enjoy watching sports because sporting events with a large fan base are the best platform for a country to promote itself internationally
