This is my final year project: Sustainability report, here I was placed into a team where we had to run a simulated smartphone business for several weeks. In this project, I worked with students who were from different ethnicity and course backgrounds. Here, my team had to compete with other groups of students across a performance matrix that includes profit, environmental impact, sustainability, social innovation, quality of service, and ethical performance. These performance matrixes required interactive decisions which were based on sound ethical, socially responsible, and practiced sustainability.
Overall, from this project, I learned the different aspects of business performance, such as operations, quality, marketing, HR, finance, and accounts. And as I was the leader, it kept me engaged and highly knowledgeable about every business aspect in a sustainable manner.
