PROVIAMO A SCENDERE SULLE PISTE DEI CAMPIONI Tradizionalmente il mese di febbraio è dedicato alle settimane bianche. Nello scorso numero abbiamo segnalato quante cose si possono fare sulla neve anche se non si scia. In questo numero invece ci concentriamo proprio sullo sci, presentandovi le più belle piste delle Alpi dove misurarsi con le piste preferite dai campioni. Si va dalla famosa Ventina, il gioiello di Cervinia in Valle d’Aosta, un interminabile tracciato con neve sempre impeccabile e che metterà alla prova la vostra resistenza. Si spazia poi in Veneto sulla spina dorsale del comprensorio sciistico di Cortina d’Ampezzo. L’Olympia delle Tofane è una pista che ha fatto la storia dello sci e che lo farà nei prossimi anni visto che ospiterà le gare femminili delle Olimpiadi di Milano Cortina del 2026.Ma poi ci sono sempre in Veneto la Marmolada, la Pisra Paradiso di Bormio in Lombardia per passare in Alto Adige sui quasi 5 chilometri di sviluppo per più di 1200 metri di dislivello. La pista Sylvester di Plan de Corones è una delle black 5, le “terribili” piste nere del comprensorio di Kronplatz. Un tracciato “spaccagambe” con muri a ripetizione e un lungo falsopiano finale in cui si può - finalmente -prendere fiato. Ma piste per campioni ci sono anche nel Centro Italia, facilmente raggiungibili da <Roma e dal Sud. Insomma, una guida dettagliata per mettere alla prova le vostre capacità. LET’S TRY TO GET OUT ON THE SLOPES OF THE CHAMPIONS Traditionally the month of February is dedicated to ski weeks. In the last issue we reported how many things you can do on the snow even if you don’t ski. In this issue, however, we focus on skiing, presenting you with the most beautiful slopes in the Alps where you can compete with the champions’ favorite slopes. We go from the famous Ventina, the jewel of Cervinia in the Aosta Valley, an endless route with always impeccable snow that will test your endurance. We then move on to Veneto on the backbone of the Cortina d’Ampezzo ski area. The Olympia delle Tofane is a slope that has made the history of skiing and will do so in the coming years as it will host the women’s races of the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics. But then in Veneto there is always the Marmolada, the Pisra Paradiso of Bormio in Lombardy to pass into Alto Adige on almost 5 kilometers of development with more than 1200 meters of altitude difference. The Sylvester slope at Plan de Corones is one of the black 5, the “terrible” black slopes in the Kronplatz area. A “leg-breaking” route with repeating walls and a long final slight slope where you can - finally - catch your breath. La città di Torino è ricca di attrazioni turistiche da poter visitare: i musei, le chiese, le piazze e tanto altro. Se siete però alla ricerca di qualcosa di più particolare da scoprire, oltre ai grandi classici, abbiamo stilato una lista delle cose più curiose e completamente gratuite da poter vedere nella città sabauda Alcune di queste curiosità sono legate a storie, aneddoti e leggende su Torino e su alcuni importanti personaggi che vi hanno abitato. Quindi, se volete fare un tour un po’ diverso della città, non perdete queste piccole chicche nascoste nel capoluogo piemontese.
LA FETTA DI POLENTA
Casa Scaccabarozzi, questo il vero nome dell’edificio, è meglio conosciuto dai torinesi con il nome di “Fetta di Polenta” per la sua strana struttura ed il caratteristico colore giallo. Lo strano edificio ideato da Alessandro Antonelli misura nel suo lato più stretto solo 54 centimetri. Si trattò di una vera e propria scommessa dell’architetto della Mole Antonelliana, il quale, per dimostrare la sicurezza dell’edificio, vi abitò con la moglie per alcuni anni.
IL TORO CHE ESCE DAL MURO
Si tratta di un’opera d’arte contemporanea dell’artista Richi Ferrero posizionata sul muro di Quadrato, il Relais Urbano realizzato dal Gruppo Building nel complesso dell’antico convento di Sant’Agostino. L’opera, che ritrae il simbolo cittadino, ritrae l’animale nell’atto di sfondare la parete quasi a voler uscire da un momento all’altro per conquistarsi piazzetta Visitazione su cui l’immobile si affaccia.
IL SOTTOMARINO NEL PARCO
Non tutti sanno che all’interno del Parco del Valentino si trova uno dei pochi reperti storico-navali di importanti dimensioni rimasti in Italia. Si tratta del sottomarino Andrea Provana, così chiamato in onore dell’Ammiraglio piemontese che partecipò alla battaglia di Lepanto nel 1571. Potete osservarlo dall’esterno oppure provare a prenotare telefonicamente una visita guidata con un socio dell’Associazione Marinai.
IL PALAZZO COL PIERCING
Ebbene sì, avete capito bene si tratta proprio di un palazzo con un piercing. Si trova nel centro di Torino e si tratta di una in10 |

However, if you are looking for something more particular to discover, in addition to the great classics, we have compiled a list of the most curious and completely free things to see in the Savoyard city. Some of these curiosities are linked to stories, anecdotes and legends about Turin and some to important characters who lived there. So, if you want to take a slightly different tour of the city, don’t miss these little gems hidden in the Piedmontese capital. A SLICE OF POLENTA Casa Scaccabarozzi, the real name of the building, is better known to the Turinese by the name of “Fetta di Polenta” due to its strange structure and characteristic yellow colour. The strange building designed by Alessandro Antonelli measures only 54 centimeters on its narrowest side. It was an actual bet by the architect of the Mole Antonelliana, who, to demonstrate the safety of the building, lived there with his wife for a few years. THE BULL COMING OUT OF THE WALL A contemporary work of art by the artist Richi Ferrero positioned on the wall of Quadrato, the Relais Urbano created by Gruppo Building in the complex of the ancient convent of Sant’Agostino. Se siete appassionati di esoterismo o se solo volete vedere qualcosa di particolare in città, vi consigliamo la porta di Palazzo Trucchi di Levaldigi, detto anche Portone del Diavolo per tutte le storie e le leggende ad esso legate.
IL DITO DI COLOMBO
Se siete alla ricerca di un po’ di fortuna potete passare da Piazza Castello per sfregare la mano sul dito di Cristoforo Colombo. Gli studenti torinesi lo fanno prima di un esame. L’Altorilievo, inaugurato nel 1923, che raffigura il celebre navigatore è opera dell’artista Dino Somà. Nel corso degli anni, il dito si è assottigliato talmente tanto a causa di questa tradizione, che è stato necessario sostituirlo.
LA PANCHINA DEGLI INNAMORATI
Il Giardino Roccioso, splendida area verde nel Parco del Valentino, ospita la Panchina Innamorata, una scultura raffigurante una panchina su cui sono seduti due lampioni che sembrano abbracciati. L’opera è stata realizzata da Rodolfo Marasciuolo, il giardiniere-artista che da anni rende ancora più belli giardini e aree verdi del capoluogo piemontese con le sue opere. THE SUBMARINE IN THE PARK Not everyone knows that inside the Parco del Valentino there is one of few historical-naval relics of important dimensions left in Italy. The Andrea Provana submarine, named in honor of the Piedmontese admiral who participated in the battle of Lepanto in 1571. You can observe it from the outside or book a guided tour by telephone with a member of the Sailors’ Association. THE PALACE WITH A PIERCING Well yes, you read right, it is really a building with a piercing. It is located in the center of Turin and it is an art installation that was supposed to be temporary but instead, loved by the public, has become permanent. The work, which is actually called “Baci Urbani”, was conceived by architect Corrado Levi in collaboration with the Cliostraat group of artists. THE DEVIL’S DOOR Turin is a magical city, for its architectural, artistic and culinary beauty according to some since it is at the center of the two triangles of black magic and white magic, according to many. If you are passionate about esotericism or if you just want to see something special in the city, we recommend the gate of Palazzo Trucchi in Levaldigi, also known as the Devil’s Gate for all the stories and legends associated with it. COLUMBUS’ FINGER If you are looking for a little luck you can go to Piazza Castello to rub your hand on the finger of Christopher Columbus. Turin students do it before an exam. The high relief, inaugurated in 1923, which depicts the famous navigator is the work of the artist Dino Somà. Over the years, the finger has shrunk so much due to this tradition that it has had to be replaced. THE BENCH OF LOVERS The Rocky Garden, a splendid green area in the Valentino Park, houses the Panchina Innamorata, a sculpture depicting a bench on which two lampposts are sitting, seemingly to embrace each other. The work was created by Rodolfo Marasciuolo, the gardener-artist who for years has been making the gardens and green areas of the Piedmontese capital even more beautiful with his works. In addition to the bench, in the garden you will find numerous other sculptures that are absolutely worth discovering.

LA NUOVA BELLEZZA DI LULA THE NEW BEAUTY OF LULA
Spesso il tempo si ferma in luoghi abbandonati, per sempre, a causa di posizioni geografiche svantaggiate, di attività economiche esaurite, di popolazione declinante. E di dominio incontrastato della malavita organizzata. Una storia purtroppo come tante, in questo caso la storia di Lula, un paesino di un migliaio di abitanti nel nord est della Sardegna. Nella zona della Barbagia, nota alle cronache del banditismo e dei rapimenti, per anni senza amministrazioni regolari. Ma ora a Lula il tempo si è rimesso in moto, e nella direzione giusta. Perché, come si dice, a volte la bellezza può’ salvare le situazioni più compromesse. La bellezza dell’arte in questo caso, grazie alla passione della famiglia di mecenati, i Fumagalli. Che hanno incastonato nel minuscolo centro storico un vero e proprio museo di Arte Contemporanea, il MAC Lula, appunto. Opera d’arte architettonica in sé, tutta vetrate, superfici bianche e nere, travi di acciaio, praticabili post-industriali, come citazione del passato minerario della zona. E poi dentro, ma visibili volutamente dall’esterno, installazioni all’avanguardia, fotografie e quadri piccoli e grandi. Espressioni di creatività in arrivo dai lontani mercati centrali internazionali della cultura globale. E manifestazioni di produzione intellettuale locale, che da qui si offrono ai circuiti mondiali, attivati da visitatori, intenditori e critici che arrivano fin qui senza più timori di essere risucchiati dal tempo sbagliato del passato. Anche in nome del binomio potentissimo fra arte e scienza che qui potrebbe prendere il nome dell’Einstein Telescope , osservatorio sotterraneo dei campi gravitazionali e della materia oscura del cosmo, candidato a prendere sede nelle viscere delle miniere abbandonate di Sus Enattos.

La Ventina slope is the jewel of Cervinia, an endless track that always has impeccable snow willing to test your endurance. The numbers? 11 km long of extraordinary altitude with 3476 meters at the Plateau Rosà down to the village at 2026 meters. An impressive difference in altitude for a track entirely in an open field, wide with various sections of severe slopes, big corners and various types of terrain. Everything an expert skier could want from a day of skiing.
LOMBARDIA STELVIO, IL GIOIELLO DI BORMIO
LOMBARDY STELVIO, THE JEWEL OF BORMIO A unique, varied, technical and exhausting track. In order to understand what the Stelvio slope in Bormio is all about, just go watch the World Cup downhill at the end of the year and see the fatigued grimaces of the champions who reach the finish line after an exhausting race. It’s 1,000 meters in altitude and over 3 kilometers of pure emotion on a wide track, with gradient changes, and bumps and curves that seem to have been designed to create the perfect slope.

Un dislivello impressionante per una pista tutta in campo aperto, ampia, con vari tratti con pendenze severe, curvoni, vari tipi di terreno. Tutto quello che uno sciatore esperto può volere da una giornata sugli sci.
Una pista unica, varia, tecnica, estenuante. Per rendersi conto di cosa sia la pista Stelvio di Bormio basta andare ad assistere alla discesa di Coppa del mondo di fine anno e vedere le smorfie di fatica dei campioni che arrivano al traguardo dopo una gara estenuante. 1000 metri di dislivello e oltre 3 chilometri di emozioni allo stato puro su un tracciato largo, con cambi di pendenza, dossi, curve che sembrano essere stati disegnati a tavolino per creare la pista perfetta.

Sul versante esposto a nord del Passo del Tonale la pista Paradiso è uno degli highligts del comprensorio sciistico che comprende anche Ponte di Legno. 4 chilometri di lunghezza e una caratteristica particolare, un muro pendente ma non eccessivo ma lunghissimo e a pendenza costante che sembra voglia regalarti confidenza ma in realtà va gestito. Perché gli sci prendono progressivamente velocità e

VENETO CORTINA: L’OLIMPIA DELLE TOFANE
La spina dorsale del comprensorio sciistico di Cortina d’Ampezzo. L’Olympia delle Tofane è una pista che ha fatto la storia dello sci e che lo farà nei prossimi anni visto che ospiterà i Mondiali di sci alpino di Cortina 2021 e le gare femminili delle Olimpiadi di Milano Cortina del 2026. Partenza a quota 2350 metri, un salto iconico nel bel mezzo di due faraglioni dolomitici con un muro vertiginoso e 700 metri di dislivello con pendenze che vanno addolcendosi man mano che si scivola verso valle. Il panorama è impagabile, oltre 2,6 chilometri di curve in velocità lo sono altrettanto.
VENETO MALGA CIAPELA, SULLA MARMOLADA
Una pista entusiasmante in uno degli angoli più affascinanti delle Dolomiti ovvero sulla Marmolada. Prima di partire non perdere una foto dalla terrazza panoramica della stazione della funivia a Punta Rocca, una vista indimenti-

Poi preparati a goderti la neve croccante (si parte da 3269 metri di quota) su un tracciato che discende la montagna tra muri, alcuni davvero impegnativi, e tratti più stretti e dolci che seguono la morfologia della montagna. Dopo 12 chilometri e dopo aver superato il Passo Fedaia potrete riposarvi sul lungo falsopiano che riporta al primo tronco della Funivia della Marmolda.
ALTO ADIGE SANTA CRISTINA, IL SASLONG
La celebre pista di Coppa del mondo della Val Gardena è uno dei tracciati da fare almeno una volta nella vita. Più volte è meglio, mai, non lo si può perdonare a uno sci addicted. Il tracciato sovrasta Santa Cristina, si parte in campo aperto con una pendenza docile e poi si fa sul serio quando ci si incunea nel bosco. I salti che si vedono fare agli atleti in tv a velocità umane sono divertenti cambi di pendenza che portano in picchiata da 2246 metri fino ai 1400 dell’arrivo.
ALTO ADIGE ALTA BADIA: LA GRAN RISA
Una classicissima del circuito di Coppa del mondo. La pista Gran Risa è la pista da gigante praticamente per antonomasia. Muri vertiginosi, cambi di pendenza, zero tregua dall’inizio alla fine. Una pista nera comunque sciabile e praticamente tarata su misura sugli sciatori esperti che vogliono difficoltà tecniche ma pur collegando una curva 18 |

SOUTH TYROL SANTA CRISTINA, THE SASLONG The famous Val Gardena World Cup slope is one of the must do paths at least once in a lifetime. Even more than once is better, you can’t forgive a ski addict. The route overlooks Santa Cristina where it starts in an open field with a gentle slope and then gets serious when wedged into the woods. The jumps that you see athletes doing on TV at human speeds are amusing changes that lead from 2246 meters up to the 1400 of the finish line. SOUTH TYROL ALTA BADIA: THE GRAN RISA A very classic on the World Cup circuit, the Gran Risa slope is practically the giant slope for excellence. Dizzying walls, changes in slope and zero respite from start to finish. A skiable black run and practically tailor-made for expert skiers who want technical difficulties but still like connecting one curve to another. Excitement for over 600 meters in altitude down to La Villa. You will feel like a champion.

ALTO ADIGE PLAN DE CORONES: LA TERRIBILE NERA
Quasi 5 chilometri di sviluppo per più di 1200 metri di dislivello. La pista Sylvester di Plan de Corones è una delle black 5, le “terribili” piste nere del comprensorio di Kronplatz. Un tracciato “spaccagambe” con muri a ripetizione e un lungo falsopiano finale in cui si può - finalmente prendere fiato. La partenza è in campo aperto, poi ci si tuffa nei boschi e si finisce a Brunico al di sotto dei 1000 metri ma non preoccupatevi, esposizione e cura maniacale dei tracciati rendono la neve sulla Sylvester (quasi) sempre compatta e aggressiva.
TOSCANA ABETONE: LE CURVE DI ZENO COLÒ
La Zeno 3 è una delle tre varianti della pista disegnata da Zeno Colò che scende dal Monte Gomito all’Abetone. Si parte in campo aperto a 2000 metri di quota, il pendio è largo, di difficoltà intermedia e con neve perfetta fino a stagione inoltrata. Si entra nel bosco e si possono apprezzare cambi di pendenza e curve che portano fino alla stazione di partenza della cabinovia, cuore del comprensorio pistoiese. Da fare e rifare apprezzandone le varianti ed entrando nello spirito di questo luogo magico per lo sci italiano.
ABRUZZO ROCCARASO: IL MONTE PRATELLO
La pista Direttissima del Monte Pratello è una delle più tecniche del comprensorio dell’Alto Sangro, un must di chi si reca a sciare a Roccaraso - Rivisondoli, il più importante comprensorio sciistico dell’Abruzzo e di tutto il centro sud Italia. È una pista omologata per le competizioni Fis, 1,7 chilometri di lunghezza per 600 metri di dislivello, numeri importanti, soprattutto per le ski area appenniniche. Un tracciato da intenditori che si incunea in un anfiteatro naturale partendo in campo aperto con un muro imponente per poi continuare nel bosco fino al fondovalle.
SOUTH TYROL PLAN DE CORONES: THE TERRIBLE BLACK Almost 5 kilometers of development for more than 1200 meters in altitude, the Sylvester slope at Plan de Corones is one of the black 5, the “terrible” black slopes in the Kronplatz area. A “leg-breaking” track with repeating walls and a long final slight slope where you can - finally - catch your breath. The start is in an open field, then you dive into the woods and end up in Brunico below 1000 meters but don’t worry, exposure and maniacal care of the tracks make the snow on Sylvester (almost) always compact and aggressive. TUSCANY ABETONE: THE CURVES OF ZENO COLÒ The Zeno 3 is one of the three variants of the track designed by Zeno Colò which descends from Monte Gomito to Abetone. It starts in an open field at 2000 meters above sea level, the slope is wide and of intermediate difficulty with perfect snow until late in the season. You enter the woods and you can appreciate slope changes and curves that lead up to the departure station of the cable car, the heart of the Pistoia area. You will do it and do it again, appreciating the variations and entering the spirit of this magical place for Italian skiing. ABRUZZO ROCCARASO: MONTE PRATELLO The Direttissima slope of Monte Pratello is one of the most technical in the Alto Sangro area, a must for those who go skiing in Roccaraso - Rivisondoli, the most important ski area in Abruzzo and throughout central and southern Italy. It is slope approved for FIS competitions, with 1.7 kilometers long and 600 meters in altitude, important numbers, especially for the Apennine ski areas. A route for connoisseurs that wedges itself in a natural amphitheater starting in an open field with an imposing wall and then continues in the woods up to the valley floor.

La Finlandia ha una vera e propria passione per il lavoro a maglia – il 7 luglio si tiene anche il Sonkajärvi Heavy Metal Knitting World Championship, una gara di knitting a suon di heavy metal - e soprattutto per i calzini di lana fatti a mano. Dal momento che il paese nordico è celebre anche per i suoi eccezionali atleti sportivi, quale modo migliore di coniugare le due cose se non con una maratona in calzini su sentieri innevati immersi nei boschi? L’annuale campionato finlandese Woolsock Run prevede diverse gare (da 3 a 6 e 12 km), adatte a grandi e piccini.
JÄMSÄ CAMPIONATO MONDIALE DI KICKSLED
Lo slittino in stile nordico. Il Campionato mondiale di kicksled - la classica versione finlandese della slitta composta da una sedia di legno e da lunghi sci – è un altro appuntamento imperdibile. In Finlandia il kicksled è uno sport molto praticato e seguito, per questo in occasione dell’evento annuale, che quest’anno segna il 33° anniversario, vengono organizzate tante altre attività, come pattinaggio su ghiaccio e campeggio invernale, per arricchire il weekend all’insegna dell’attività fisica e del divertimento sulla neve.
MULTIA GARA DI RENNE IN LAPPONIA
Nella Lapponia finlandese ci sono tante persone quante renne, circa 180.000 esemplari, ormai divenuti parte integrante della vita e della cultura dell’area artica. Per questo l’annuale campionato locale di gara di renne, che si tiene a Inari fin dal 1950, è un appuntamento attesissimo. In occasione di questa competizione gli spettatori provano l’emozione di vedere i concorrenti sugli sci e le renne sfrecciare lungo il tracciato di 1.000 metri previsto per la gara. Una sfida molto impegnativa che richiede grande abilità e molta preparazione, tanto che molti fantini esperti si esercitano fin da bambini.
SOLSTIZIO D’ESTATE IN CAPO AL MONDO
Il solstizio d’estate segna il magico momento dell’anno in cui il sole non tramonta mai. Juhannus è il nome della tradizionale festa nazionale finlandese che celebra il giorno più lungo dell’anno e segna l’inizio della stagione estiva, nonché di un periodo di vacanza per molti finlandesi. Un momento magico in cui ogni luogo diventa teatro di eventi

At this competition, spectators experience the thrill of seeing competitors on skis and reindeer hurtling down the 1,000-metre race track. A very demanding challenge that requires great skill and a lot of preparation. So much so that many expert jockeys have been practicing since they were children. SUMMER SOLSTICE AT THE END OF THE WORLD The summer solstice marks the magical time of year when the sun never sets. Juhannus is the name of the traditional Finnish national holiday which celebrates the longest day of the year and marks the start of the summer season as well as a holiday period for many Finns. A magical moment in which every place becomes the scene of events and parties. The spring months (until early May) are the best time to ski in Lapland; in the south the snow does not last until this period. Losanna acquatica, intreccio di vicoli, gradini, guglie, è una città che cresce per cerchi concentrici, co-me i tronchi degli alberi, e come pure la rosa, ora più rada, ora più densa, incastellata tra il lago Lema-no e le montagne. Il reticolo dei passaggi non è disposto su un solo piano, ma segue un saliscendi di vie pensili, scale, ballatoi. Più difficile individuare, invece, le vie segrete di Losanna, quelle lungo le quali scorre e si manifesta l’odore fresco e muschiato del lago; arriva, alberga, poi si sposta, ovunque voi siate vi accarezza, vi accompagna, sale lungo il profilo dei palazzi, si diverte balzando da un tetto all’altro, si cala dalle cime degli alberi, percorrendo le grondaie con passo da funambolo. Losanna è gentile come i rondoni che ogni anno fanno il nido nel campanile della chiesa di San François, è antica, è discreta come i suoi abitanti. Idealmente si potrebbe tentare di descriverla parlando dei suoi giardini, dei suoi boschi, del suo respiro calmo, ma non soltanto di questo è fatta Losanna. Qualcosa di sepolto dal tempo è rimasto sospeso e ancora lo di può percepire. A Losanna c’è silenzio, è un rispetto silen-zioso per gli alberi, gli spazi inabitati, la carità della sera. La città appare come un tutto che invita ad un cauto sentire, le note di un violino, l’aria pura del mattino, gli odori che scendono dalla montagna si uniscono alla fragranza del lago, lui sempre lui, ancora una volta lui. Aquatic Lausanne is a network of alleys, steps and spiers is a city that grows in concentric circles like the trunks of trees, and the rose now sparser and denser, and nestled between Lake Geneva and the mountains. The network of passages is not arranged on a single level, but follows an up and down flow of hanging streets, stairs and galleries. It is however more difficult to identify the secret streets of Lausanne, along which the fresh, musky smell of the lake flows and manifests itself; it arrives, it lodges, then it moves, and wherever you are it caresses you, it accompanies you, it climbs along the profile of the buildings, it has fun jumping from one roof to another, it lowers itself from the tops of the trees, along the gutters like the step of a tightrope walker. Voci vaporose, appena udibili, talvolta si sentono, nascoste ma non del tutto cancellate dal temporale, occhi brillanti ci scrutano, gabbiani? fate? è una vertigine che certe sere di settembre fa tremare, quando le giornate si accorciano, e i lampioni lungo le strade si accendono tutti insieme. Ma è sul piazzale della cattedrale che Losanna si lascia abbracciare con uno sguardo solo; si distingue laggiù e pare disegnata con la matita, la rosa dell’abitato, più oltre la striscia lucida del lago e, stagliate all’oriz-zonte, le montagne; appena scende la sera il vapore umano risale come un chiarore indistinto, esce dal-le finestre, dai comignoli, da ogni fessura dei muri e se c’è vento lo si vede insinuarsi tra i rami degli alberi come un ricamo d’organza. Si direbbe che qualcosa di magico stia accadendo. Sotto il suo cielo perfetto di meticolosa orologeria, a Losanna non ci si sente né tristi, né felici, ma avvolti da una quanto mai singolare atarassia, benché non manchino le vere letizie, sono le fughe lungo i sentieri della fore-sta, tra elfi e cinciallegre, la scoperta sulle alture di pascoli verdissimi attraversati a perdifiato delle gio-vani volpi. Per il resto, i fragori e le angustie sono lontani, al di là dell’acqua, al temine della notte. Forse Losanna è soltanto un sogno, une rêverie, probablement, un giardino immaginario affacciato sull’acqua, un’illusione della nostra mente, un sogno dove niente è reale, solo una conchiglia lo è, la sua bianca fragilità, sulla riva del lago.

Yes, I remember. But what? The passage of time, us, us as we were. Lausanne melancholic and contemplative, as a vibration moves its long dress, it is the wind of the great lake that increases the beauty and value of every corner of this city and every one of our thoughts. A lake so large that it seems like the sea, in front of which we stop, imagine and question ourselves. Vapor voices which are barely audible yet sometimes heard and hidden, but not completely erased by the storm. Bright eyes peering at us. Seagulls? It’s a vertigo that makes you tremble on certain September evenings, when the days get shorter, and the street lamps along the streets come on all at once. But it is on the cathedral square that Lausanne allows itself to be embraced with a single glance; the rose of the town stands out over there and seems to have been drawn with a pencil. Further on is the shiny strip of the lake and silhouetted on the horizon, the mountains; as soon as evening falls the human vapor rises like an indistinct light coming out of the windows, from chimneys and from every crack in the walls as if there is wind you can see creeping between the branches of the trees like an organza embroidery. It seems that something magical is happening. Under its perfect sky of meticulous clockwork, in Lausanne one feels neither sad nor happy, but instead surrounded by a most singular ataraxia. There is no shortage of true happiness, such as escapes along the paths of the forest among elves and the great discovery of very green pastures on the hills which are crossed at breakneck speed by young foxes. For the rest, the noises and anguish are far away, beyond the water and at the end of the night. Perhaps Lausanne is just a dream, a reverie probably. An imaginary garden overlooking the water. An illusion of our mind. A dream where nothing is real, and only a shell in its white fragility is on the shore of the lake.

L’ARTISTA THE ARTIST Valentina Romanelli è nata a Roma. Inizia come fotografa autodidatta, approfondendo poi la tecnica presso l’Accademia di fotografia John Kaverdash di Milano. Nel 2018 ha realizzato il suo primo cortometraggio dal titolo Absence che ha ricevuto il premio Roberto Rossellini per la migliore sceneggiatura al Festival del cortometraggio di Roma (2018). Vive e lavora attualmente a Losanna. Valentina Romanelli was born in Rome. She began as a self-taught photographer, then deepening her technique at the John Kaverdash Photography Academy in Milan. In 2018 She made her first short film entitled Absence which received the Roberto Rossellini award for best screenplay at the Rome Short Film Festival (2018). She currently lives and works in Lausanne.

Era il 2010 quando a Milano nasce il brand DAD MILANO da una tradizione di famiglia tramandata alla nuova generazione. Anna e Daniele D’Agostino, grazie alla passione per il proprio lavoro e per il mondo della moda hanno creato una collezione di lussuosi capispalla totalmente Made in Milan, raccolta nello showroom di Piazza Castello 20, che si affaccia direttamente sul Castello Sforzesco, cuore e simbolo della città. La grande attenzione per la scelta dei materiali e la cura per i dettagli, contraddistinguono i capi DAD Milano, che sono da sempre apprezzati dalle più prestigiose boutique italiane. Per l’occasione noi di Gate Magazine abbiamo voluto incontrare Daniele e Anna D’Agostino per farci raccontare qualcosa in più sul loro brand, sulla loro filosofia e sui nuovi progetti di un brand completamente Made in Milan. 2 fratelli che realizzano il loro sogno la nascita del brand Dad Milano, ci volete raccontare in breve la vostra storia? Daniele D’Agostino: Siamo milanesissimi, nati e cresciti a Milano da genitori milanesi. Proprio per questo le nostre collezioni di capispalla e maglieria rispecchiano alla perfezione quella “way of life” o “way of thinking” che abbraccia non solo il concetto di moda ma tutti gli aspetti della vita meneghina. Io ho iniziato la mia carriera all’inizio degli anni Ottanta quando, lasciandomi alle spalle un passato da sportivo, ho iniziato a collaborare attivamente con mio padre, Dario, esperto commerciante di pelli. Sono entrato così a far parte dell’azienda di famiglia e poi ho approfondito le mie competenze tecniche in maniera autonoma. Mia sorella Anna, invece, ha una formazione più trasversale 42 |

Anna and Daniele D’Agostino, thanks to their passion for their work and for the world of fashion, have created a collection of luxurious outerwear completely Made in Milan and collected in the showroom at Piazza Castello 20, which directly overlooks the heart and symbol of the city, the Sforzesco Castle. Grand attention to the choice of materials and great attention to detail distinguishes DAD Milano garments, which have always been appreciated by the most prestigious of Italian boutiques. On this occasion, Gate Magazine met with Daniele and Anna D’Agostino to learn more about their brand, their philosophy and the new projects of this brand completely Made in Milan. Brother & Sister who make their dreams come true with the birth of the Dad Milano brand. Can you tell us your story in brief? Daniele D’Agostino: We are very Milanese. We were born and raised in Milan by Milanese parents. Precisely for this reason our collections of outerwear and knitwear perfectly reflect that “way of life” or “way of thinking” which embraces not only the concept of fashion but all aspects of Milanese life. I began my career at the beginning of the 1980s when, leaving behind a past as a sportsman, I began to actively collaborate with my father Dario, an expert leather trader. That is how I joined the family business and then I deepened my technical skills independently. My sister Anna, on the other hand, has a more transversal education in the fashion system and has covered, over the years, important roles especially in the commercial depart-

Inoltre, DAD vuole essere un omaggio indiretto a nostro padre, che ha dato il via a un business famigliare a cui noi abbiamo voluto dar seguito, traducendolo in una collezione intramontabile ma ricca di dettagli contemporanei. Abbiamo poi aggiunto Milano perché, come accennato in precedenza, oltre ad essere la nostra città rappresenta a livello globale uno stile molto riconoscibile. Siete specializzati nella pellicceria, ma con il tempo avete ampliato la vostra offerta con un total look, tra maglieria e capispalla in lana, cotone e cachemire, ci volete raccontare di questa evoluzione? Daniele D’Agostino: Con gli anni DAD Milano si è evoluta molto. Abbiamo voluto completare la nostra offerta anche sulla base di quelle che erano le richieste del mercato e del consumatore finale. Pur rimanendo fedeli al nostro DNA abbiamo così introdotto capispalla in maglia, capispalla in cachemire e in shearling. Quali sono le leve che vi permettono di rimanere attivi su un mercato così in forte evoluzione? Chi disegna le collezioni?

Anna D’Agostino: DAD contains the numbers of our respective names: Daniele and Anna D’Agostino. Furthermore, DAD wants to be an indirect homage to our father, who started a family business that we wanted to follow up on, translating it into a timeless collection full of contemporary details. We then added Milan because, as mentioned previously, in addition to being our city, it represents a very recognizable style on a global level. You specialize in fur, but over time you have expanded your offer with a total look, including knitwear and outerwear in wool, cotton and cashmere. Would you like to tell us about this evolution? Daniele D’Agostino: Over the years, DAD Milano has evolved a lot. We also wanted to complete our offer based on the demands of the market and the end consumer. While still remaining faithful to our DNA, we introduced knitted outerwear, cashmere and shearling outerwear. What are the levers that allow you to remain active in such a rapidly evolving market? Who designs the collections? Anna D’agostino: Attention to detail, obsessive research into the quality of materials, careful study of fashion trends, technical competence in the study of models, collaboration with expert craftsmen and passion are the ingredients that ENJOY YOUR TRIP | 43

Anna D’agostino: Attenzione ai dettagli, ricerca maniacale della qualità dei materiali, studio accurato delle tendenze moda, competenza tecnica nello studio dei modelli, collaborazione con esperti artigiani e passione sono gli ingredienti che permettono a DAD di produrre capi d’eccellenza. La collezione è disegnata da me, con l’aiuto di mio fratello che è un esperto di prodotto. La pelliccia oggi vive un momento molto discusso, come affrontate questo spinoso argomento? Daniele D’Agostino: La pelliccia vive effettivamente un momento difficile, soprattutto dopo la crisi del mercato ex Russo. Questo capo dalla tradizione secolare, prima appannaggio dei soli ricchi, ha simboleggiato nel dopoguerra il segno della crescita e del benessere economico. Dopo il boom economico, la pelliccia aveva acquistato un nuovo significato diventando appannaggio non di tutti ma di molti. L’etica ha poi raggiunto la massa e molti si sono adeguati alla mutazione delle coscienze. Paradossalmente però sono state ben accolte le eco-pellicce, certamente più inquinanti. Si è poi parallelamente sviluppato il mercato del vintage. Noi abbiamo cercato di cogliere prontamente il cambiamento puntando su capispalla e maglieria altrettanto preziosi, in puro cachemire italiano, diversificando l’offerta. In tema di sostenibilità come si sta muovendo il brand Dad Milano? Daniele D’Agostino: Dal nostro punto di vista la durabilità e qualità sono sinonimo di sostenibilità, per questo realizziamo capi destinati ad entrare nei guardaroba per non uscirne più. Questo si traduce in una riduzione dei consumi di materie prime, energie e degli impatti ambientali associati alla produzione, al trasporto e allo smaltimento.

Fur is currently experiencing much discussion today, how do you approach this thorny topic? Daniele D’Agostino: Fur is actually experiencing a difficult time especially after the crisis in the former Russian market. This garment, with a centuries-old tradition and previously the prerogative of only the rich, has symbolized the sign of growth and economic well-being in the post-war period. After the economic boom fur had acquired a new meaning, becoming the prerogative not of everyone but, of many. Ethics then reached the masses and many adapted to changing consciences. Paradoxically, eco-furs which are certainly more polluting, have been well received. The vintage market then developed in parallel. We have tried to promptly grasp the change by focusing on equally precious outerwear and knitwear, in pure Italian cashmere, diversifying the offer. How is the Dad Milano brand moving towards sustainability? Daniele D’Agostino: From our point of view, durability and quality are synonymous with sustainability, which is why we create garments destined to enter wardrobes and never leave them again. This translates into a reduction in the consumption of raw materials, energy and the environmental impacts associated with production, transport and disposal. Where do the inspirations for making your garments come from? Anna D’Agostino: Part of inspiration certainly comes from international catwalks. We are very attentive to trends,

Daniele D’Agostino: Il Made in Italy o meglio il “Made in Milan” restano al centro del nostro progetto. Coerentemente, anche dal punto di vista stilistico, il Made in Milan si riflette sul design delle nostre collezioni. La filiera corta permette, inoltre, di avere un controllo costante su tutte le fasi di lavorazione, dalla scelta della materia prima al capo finito. Chi sono le donne che indossano Dad Milano? Anna D’Agostino: Le donne di DAD Milano sono accumunate da uno stile personale e riconoscibile, fatto di lussi all Made in Italy, da indossare ogni giorno e amare per sempre nel rispetto anche di un concetto di moda sostenibile e circolare. Iryna Sigunava: My Wardrobe. | A visionary entrepreneur tells her story through her wardrobe.

Quando un sogno diventa realtà è la storia di Iryna Sigunava, imprenditrice nel settore del mondo combustibili e della creazione di energia, un giorno da ragazzina apri il guardaroba della madre per indossare un vestito e le chiese “se un giorno avesse potuto averlo per sé”, quel giorno divenne presto realtà, infatti Iryna usò il suo wardrobe per creare un canale di vendita online, sulla base di due concetti: la sua passione per la moda e rendere una seconda vita ai suoi capi, in modo da far ripartire una filiera interrotta tramite il suo acquisto. Oggi un’affermazione simile sa di già visto, ma non è così per questa manager, che da molti anni porta avanti con consapevolezza la sostenibilità ambientale e in seguito il suo modo di fare l’imprenditrice. Gate Magazine ha incontrato Iryna Sigunava per farsi raccontare dettagli, ispirazioni e aneddoti della sua attività.
EN. When a dream becomes a reality. That is the story of Iryna Sigunava, an entrepreneur in the world of fuels and energy creation. One day, as a little girl, she opened her mother’s wardrobe to put on a dress and asked her “if one day she could have it for herself” , that day soon became reality. In fact Iryna used her wardrobe to create an online sales channel based on two concepts: her passion for fashion and for giving a second life to her garments, in order to restart an interrupted supply chain through its purchase. Today we have already seen a similar statement, but this is not the case for this manager, who for many years has consciously carried out environmental sustainability and subsequently her way of becoming an entrepreneur. Gate Magazine met with Iryna Sigunava to ask her about details, inspirations and anecdotes about her activity.
Iryna ci vuole raccontare del suo virare dal mondo dei combustibili a quello della moda? Più che virare sono entrambe due miei pensieri, uno ereditato da mio padre che mi ha fatto sin da piccina frequentare un ambiente lontano da quello femminile che mi ha aiutato a crescere senza pregiudizi, l’altro la moda che mi ha sempre affascinato nella sua magnifica arte di raccontarsi.
Would Iryna tell us about her move from the world of fuels to that of fashion? Rather than veering, they are both two of my thoughts. One inherited from my father who made me frequent an environment far from the feminine one from an early age which helped me grow up without prejudice, and the other fashion which has always fascinated me in its magnificent art of telling oneself.
Quanto è importante per lei l’aspetto green e quello di economia circolare? Fondamentale, dobbiamo rispettare l’ambiente e ognuno di noi può fare la differenza, i nostri figli devono ereditare un mondo che li accolga, non ostile. L’economia circolare in un mondo di consumismo frenetico e la vera forma di lusso. Dare una seconda vita a creazioni uniche parlando della moda, rappresenta per me una scommessa che ho voluto fortemente.
How important is the green and circular economy aspect to you? Fundamentally, we must respect the environment and each of us can make a difference, so our children can inherit a world that welcomes them, without hostility. The circular economy in a world of frenetic consumerism is the true form of luxury. Giving a second life to unique creations while talking about fashion represents a challenge for me that I craved.
Che cos’è per lei il wardrobe? E’un luogo che raccoglie non solo abiti e accessori, ma un universo che mi lega a differenti momenti della mia vita, dai più importanti come la maternità a quelli più mondani come una sfilata di alta moda a Parigi, non soffro di acquisto compulsivo, mi piace circondarmi di cose belle e per fortuna il mondo ne è pieno. 48 |
What is your wardrobe for you? It is a place that collects not only clothes and accessories, but a universe that links me to different moments of my life. From the most important ones like motherhood to the more mundane ones like a high fashion show in Paris. I don’t suffer from compulsive buying, rather I like to surround my-
self with beautiful things and luckily the world is full of them. You stated that you have a very important archive. Can you tell us more? My archive is part of my adolescence. I still have a YSL couture dress that was given to me by my dad, and up to unique creations by Schiapparelli or Valentino that tell of an art in embroidery and in the selection of fabrics. A true delight for touch and eyes.
Lei ha dichiarato di avere un archivio molto importante, ci vuole raccontare qualcosa in più? Il mio archivio è parte della mia adolescenza, conservo ancora un abito di couture di YSL che mi fu regalato dal mio papà, sino ad arrivare a creazioni uniche di Schiapparelli o Valentino che raccontano un’arte nel ricamo e nella selezione dei tessuti… una vera delizia per il tatto e gli occhi.
Purchasing methods have changed with the advent of e-commerce and market places. In your opinion, what are the elements that have pushed consumers to partially modify their purchasing method? Unfortunately, Covid19 has accelerated it by force. It is what we were forced to do. I believe that they are different forms but none can be excluded. Physical sales which I do not exclude even for my project are very important, but perhaps for geo localization some people cannot access certain products. With my channel it will be possible to break down barriers.
Le modalità di acquisto con l’avvento dell’e-commerce e del market place sono cambiate, secondo lei quali sono gli elementi che hanno spinto il consumatore a modificare in parte il proprio metodo d’acquisto? Un’accelerata purtroppo l’ha data il Covid19 …per forza di cosa eravamo costretti, io ritengo che siano forme diverse ma nessuna è da escludere…la vendita fisica che non escludo nemmeno per il mio progetto è molto importante, ma per geo localizzazione magari alcune persone non possono accedere a determinati prodotti …con il mio canale si potranno anche abbattere queste frontiere. Come funziona il suo metodo di selezione dei capi da inserire nel suo e-commerce? Ovviamente sono prodotti originali e di estrema qualità suddivisi in categorie merceologiche… abbiamo iniziato da una selezione fatta in occasione dell’evento di lancio a luglio scorso a Capri quindi per lo più abiti estivi e accessori…ora la selezione si sta spostando verso la nostra fanbase quindi un range di età che varia tra i 25 e i 50 anni ovviamente sono tutte cose che amo e che hanno un valore non solo economico. La mission che l’ha guidata nel creare la sua attività nasce dall’esigenza di non far terminare la filiera con il suo acquisto, vuole approfondire? Proprio cosi. Mi spiace che alcune creazioni importanti nate da ricerca e maestri rimangano sepolte nel mio armadio. Mi piace pensare che altre persone possano godere di queste forme di arte a mio avviso uniche. Ovviamente con un prezzo più accessibile. Quali saranno i prossimi passi per consolidare la sua realtà? Fare conoscere il più possibile questo progetto che presto si legherà al lancio del biodiesel. Sempre parlando di e-commerce a gennaio abbiamo organizzato una vendita fisica su Milano, che vorrei poi rendere itinerante nelle più importanti città italiane.
What is your method for selecting items to include in your e-commerce work? Obviously they are original and extremely high quality products divided into product categories. We started from a selection made on the occasion of the launch event last July in Capri therefore mostly summer clothes and accessories. But now the selection is moving toward our fan base consisting of an age range that varies between 25 and 50 years. Obviously they are all things that I love and that have a value that is not only economic. The mission that guided you in creating your business was born from the need to not end the supply chain with its purchase. Are you going to take advantage? That’s right. I’m sorry that some important creations born from research and masters remain buried in my closet. I like to think that other people can enjoy these forms of art that are unique in my opinion. Obviously with a more accessible price. What will be the next steps to consolidate your reality? I strive to make this project known as much as possible which will soon be linked to the launch of biodiesel. I am still talking about e-commerce and in January we organized an on site sale in Milan, which I would like to next take on the road to the most important Italian cities. ENJOY YOUR TRIP | 49

Ben prima di diventare quel vivaio di startup e aziende tech che oggi conosciamo, San Francisco è stato il paradiso dell’underground e della gentrificazione, dove individui con i capelli a cresta, magliette strappate e jeans attillati sciamavano per la città, affollando i club dove ogni sera si esibivano band come i Dead Kennedys e i Faith No More. È in questo empireo degli emarginati che nel 1983 nasce Heron Preston, figlio di un agente di polizia che negli anni ha incoraggiato fortemente la sua istruzione, riuscendo a farlo accedere alla prestigiosa New Technology High School di Napa, in California, finanziata dalla Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. È proprio in quegli anni che il giovanissimo Heron lancia la sua prima linea di magliette riciclate e serigrafate, vendute in tutto il mondo. Ma è soltanto nel 2004, quando approda stabilmente a New York, che la sua vita prende una svolta decisiva. Dalla California alla Grande Mela, un percorso esistenziale che toccava molti designer e artisti, Heron Preston si iscrive alla Parsons School of Design e trascorre il proprio tempo libero curando un blog di foto con le quali documenta i pittoreschi personaggi della Lower Manhattan, la cosiddetta Downtown, il nucleo della street culture newyorkese. In quegli anni, Preston inizia a produrre anche magliette “bootleg” di grande successo, che ricopriva con un mucchio di loghi aziendali - come quelli di Coca-Cola e Nascar - e vendeva poi su Instagram. Impaurito da potenziali azioni legali, Heron capovolgeva i loghi, inventando una narrazione secondo la quale le magliette erano scarti di fabbrica trovati in un negozio dell’usato nel Tennessee. Il suo nome inizia a circolare sempre di più, dentro e fuori all’industria della moda americana, complice la sua attività parallela di DJ, che lo introduce anche nell’ambiente della musica e gli permette di entrare in contatto con personalità come quella di Kanye West. Ed è proprio con Kanye che inizia a collaborare nel ruolo di direttore artistico, disegnando il merchandise dei tour del rapper e creando per lui gli indumenti che servivano come inviti alle sfilate del brand Yeezy, un lavoro per il quale Preston rimane sveglio intere notti a mettere sottovuoto i capi uno per uno, fino ad ottenere quel

Long before it became the breeding ground of startups and tech companies we know today, San Francisco was the haven of underground and gentrification, where individuals with crested hair, ripped T-shirts, and skinny jeans swarmed the city, crowding the clubs where bands like the Dead Kennedys and Faith No More performed every night. It was in this empyrean of outcasts that Heron Preston was born in 1983, the son of a police officer who over the years strongly encouraged his education, managing to get him into the prestigious New Technology High School in Napa, California, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
It was during those years that the very young Heron launched his first line of recycled and screen-printed T-shirts, which were sold worldwide. But it was not until 2004, when he landed permanently in New York, that his life took a decisive turn. From California to the Big Apple, an existential path that touched many designers and artists, Heron Preston enrolled at the Parsons School of Design and spent his spare time editing a photo blog with which he documented the picturesque characters of Lower Manhattan, the so-called Downtown, the core of New York street culture. During those years, Preston also began producing highly successful “bootleg” T-shirts, which he covered with a bunch of corporate logos - such as those of Coca-Cola and Nascar - and then sold on Instagram. Afraid of potential lawsuits, Heron flipped the logos, concocting a narrative that the T-shirts were factory rejects found in a thrift store in Tennessee. His name began to circulate more and more, in and out of the American fashion industry, aided by his parallel activity as a DJ, which also introduced him to the
music scene and allowed him to know personalities such as Kanye West. And it was precisely with Kanye that he began to collaborate in the role of art director, designing merchandise for the rapper’s tours and creating for him the garments that served as invitations to the Yeezy brand’s fashion shows, a job for which Preston stayed up entire nights vacuum-packing garments one by one until he achieved the perfectly crumpled look he so longed for. The sacrifices of those years would be amply rewarded, as they allowed him to make friends with Matthew Williams and Virgil Abloh, who had already been collaborating with Kanye for some time. It was Virgil, whom we talked about previously, who asked Heron Preston to join him and Matthew in “Been Trill”, the collective they were creating together, a true creative workshop. In fact, the trio is constantly throwing parties, producing music and releasing songs, developing apps, and of course - designing clothes. As the Been Trill era drew to a close, Heron Preston made one of the most important

look perfettamente accartocciato che tanto desiderava. I sacrifici di quegli anni saranno ampiamente ripagati, perché gli permetteranno di stringere amicizia con Matthew Williams e Virgil Abloh, che già da tempo collaborava con Kanye. È proprio il compianto Virgil, del quale abbiamo parlato in precedenza, che chiede ad Heron Preston di unirsi a lui e a Matthew nei Been Trill, il collettivo che stavano creando insieme, una vera e propria officina creativa. Il trio infatti organizza continuamente feste, produce musica e pubblica brani, sviluppa app e - ovviamente - disegna abiti. Quando l’era di Been Trill volgeva al termine, Heron Preston prende una delle decisioni più importante della propria vita, che lo va a collocare per sempre nell’universo dei grandi dell’industria del fashion. In occasione della Paris Fashion Week del 2017, il designer di San Francisco presenta al mondo il suo nuovo marchio omonimo, con una collezione dal titolo “For You, The World”, che unisce in maniera accurata luxury, streetwear e workwear, con una fortissima impronta sostenibile, a partire dal nome. L’attenzione per il pianeta ha iniziato ad essere una delle ossessioni ricorrenti di Heron dopo una nuotata in spiaggia, durante la quale scambia un branco di meduse per dei sacchetti di plastica. Da qui decide di approfondire l’argomento e scopre che l’industria dell’abbigliamento è una delle più inquinanti del pianeta. Ecco perché, per il nuovo brand omonimo lancia un sistema di classificazione interna basata proprio sull’impatto ambientale. I tre livelli sono “Standard”, ovvero sostenibile per meno del 50% e destinato a essere gradualmente eliminato dal designer, “Preferred”, certificato sostenibile per il 50% o più del peso, e infine “eX-Ray”: indumenti e oggetti i cui materiali sono

At Paris Fashion Week in 2017, the San Francisco-based designer introduced his new eponymous brand to the world with a collection titled “For You, The World,” which carefully blends luxury, streetwear, and workwear, with a very strong sustainable edge, starting with the name. Concern for the planet began to be one of Heron’s recurring obsessions after a swim at the beach, during which he mistakes a school of jellyfish for plastic bags. From there he decided to investigate the subject further and discovered that the clothing industry is one of the most polluting on the planet. That’s why, for the new eponymous brand he launches an internal rating system based precisely on environmental impact. The three levels are “Standard,” meaning sustainable by less than 50% and intended to be phased out by the designer, “Preferred,” certified sustainable by 50% or more by weight, and finally “eX-Ray”: garments and items whose materials are 100% sustainable.

Ecco come. HOW TO MANAGE ANXIETY | We have all experienced it or continue to experiences often times in our lives. Preoccuparsi è normale, ma quando questo sconfina, può portarci a provare ansia o al limite estremo un attacco di panico. Ci ritroviamo dunque a passare la maggior parte del tempo nella nostra testa, a pensare. Ed è lì il problema: la nostra mente si trova in tutt’altro posto rispetto a dove dovrebbe essere, e cioè in un consapevole stato di presenza in ciò che stiamo facendo. Invece la nostra mente ci trasporta in ricordi passati, in pensieri di un ipotetico futuro, in luoghi diversi rispetto a dove siamo o in ciò che gli altri possono pensare di noi. L’ansia diventa un enorme palloncino, alimentato dalla nostra mente. La mente è occupata a raccontarci storie, a interpretare le esperienze secondo il proprio punto di vista, che quasi mai corrisponde alla realtà oggettiva. Quando siamo in preda alla preoccupazione è facile scambiare i nostri pensieri e le nostre paure con la realtà, invece di riconoscerli per quello che sono. Ed è ancora più vero quando i pensieri sembrano talmente reali da favorire l’insorgere di sintomi fisici ed emozionali. Lo stomaco si contrae, il cuore batte veloce, il respiro si fa più corto e affannoso, rischiando di andare in iperventilazione. Prima di accorgersene ci si ritrova in preda al panico, e le conseguenze sulla nostra vita possono essere estremamente negative. Un disturbo d’ansia è qualcosa che va oltre il senso di nervosismo o tensione. Una persona 64 |
EN. Worrying is normal. However, when it crosses a certain point it can lead to anxiety or even panic attacks. We find ourselves spending too much time in our heads, overthinking. In actuality, our mind should be in a conscious state of presence but instead it wanders into a completely different place. And therein lies the problem. The mind transports us to past memories, thoughts of a hypothetical future, places other than where we are or what others may think of us. Anxiety becomes a huge balloon, fed by our mind. The mind becomes busy telling us stories and interpreting experiences according to one’s point of view, which almost never correspond to objective reality.When we are prey to worry it is easy to mistake our thoughts and fears for reality instead of recognizing them for what they are. And it is even more true when the thoughts seem so real that they cause physical and emotional symptoms. Your stomach contracts, your heart beats fast, your breath becomes shorter and more labored risking hyperventilation. Before you know it, you are in a panic and the consequences on your overall well being can be extremely negative. An anxiety disorder is something that goes beyond a sense of nervousness or tension.An anxious person shows an exaggerated and constant state of alertness towards potential threats (most often irrational), intrusive and repetitive

La buona notizia è che la pratica della Mindfulness può aiutare a gestire questi momenti, spostando l’attenzione, dai pensieri alle sensazioni del corpo e del respiro. Si passa così dalla modalità del “pensare” a quella del “percepire”. Questo permette di trasformare immediatamente le nostre sensazioni fisiche, psicologiche ed emotive. Con la mindfulness, la persona si concentra sulle sensazioni del corpo che emergono quando si sente in preda all’ansia. Invece di evitare queste sensazioni, la persona rimane in un consapevole stato di presenza, sperimentando i sintomi dell’ansia nella loro interezza.

We can all experience this, but no one should ever feel as though it is something insurmountable. The good news is that the practice of Mindfulness can help manage these moments by shifting attention from thoughts to sensations in the body and breath. Thus we pass from the mode of “thinking” to that of “perceiving”. This allows us to immediately transform our physical, psychological and emotional state. With mindfulness, you focus on sensations in the body that arise when feeling anxious. Instead of avoiding these sensations, you remain in a conscious state of presence, experiencing the symptoms of anxiety in its entirety. Instead of avoiding anxious thoughts, when you open up to them in an attempt to become aware that the thoughts are not literally reality, and instead see them for what they are, you become devoid of any afterthoughts and sense of judgment. Invece di evitare i pensieri ansiosi, la persona si apre a essi nel tentativo di divenire consapevole che i pensieri non corrispondono letteralmente alla realtà, guardandoli per ciò che sono, privi di ogni retropensiero e senso del giudizio . Ma prima di riuscire a raggiungere questi obbiettivi, attraverso una pratica costante della Mindfulness, è possibile fare qualcosa per gestire i momenti più difficili di ansia? La risposta è sì. Ecco tre facili esercizi che possono aiutarci..
1. ANCORAGGIO
Uno dei modi migliori per calmarsi è “ancorarsi” dirigendo l’attenzione verso la parte bassa del corpo. Comincia a concentrarti sui tuoi piedi e a sentire come stanno all’interno delle calze e delle scarpe, a contatto col pavimento. Espandi l’attenzione dirigendola prima verso la parte inferiore delle gambe e poi sulle cosce. Avverti una sensazione di leggerezza o pesantezza? Ora includi la percezione del tuo respiro, sempre più rilassante ogni volta che espiri. Questo è un buon modo per ancorarsi

Here are three easy exercises that can help us. 1) ANCHOR YOURSELF One of the best ways to calm down is to anchor yourself by directing your attention to your lower body. Start focusing on your feet and feel how they are inside your socks and shoes, and in contact with the floor. Expand the focus by directing it first to the lower legs and then to the thighs. Do you have a feeling of lightness or heaviness? Now include the perception of your breathing, becoming more relaxed each time you exhale. This is a good way to anchor yourself and it can be done at any time, with your eyes open or closed, while sitting or walking. Feel anchored and then, breathe. 2. COUNT YOUR BREATH This technique can be used in conjunction with anchoring or on its own. You can anchor first and then; on the next inhalation, mentally count to 6, and on the exhalation,

2. CONTARE IL RESPIRO

Alla successiva inspirazione, conta mentalmente fino a 6, e durante l’espirazione, conta mentalmente fino a 10. La tecnica ha lo scopo di rallentare sia l’inspirazione che l’espirazione. L’espirazione è inoltre più lenta dell’inspirazione, rallentando il ritmo cardiaco e favorendo uno stato di calma. Se il livello di ansia è alto e non riesci a contare, ripeti mentalmente “dentro” ad ogni inspirazione e “fuori” ad ogni espirazione, ricordandoti di cercar di espirare il più a lungo possibile. Vai avanti tutto il tempo che vi serve.
3. RESPIRARE CON LE DITA
Si tratta di un altro metodo per contare il respiro. Metti una mano di fronte a te con il palmo rivolto verso il viso. Con l’indice dell’altra mano, traccia il lato esterno del pollice fino alla punta mentre inspiri, fai una pausa sull’apice trattenendo il respiro, e poi discendi lungo l’altro lato mentre espiri. Questo è un respiro. Prosegui allo stesso modo tracciando i contorni di tutte le dita e al termine del ciclo, torna indietro e ripetete in senso contrario. Questa pratica è utile se l’ambiente circostante è troppo rumoroso e diventa difficile concentrarsi mentalmente.

Entro il 2030, anno in cui Riad ospiterà l’Expo, il Paese è destinato a crescere in modo esponenziale e lo sviluppo è già in atto. Nuovi grattacieli, nuovi quartieri e anche nuovi itinerari turisti stanno nascendo come funghi. Lido di Jesolo non è solo una famosa località balneare, ma è anche un luogo dove scoprire storia e cultura senza rinunciare al divertimento e alle attività per i più piccoli. Collocata nella parte più alta della Laguna Veneta è stretta tra i fiumi Piave e Sile, dotata di piste ciclabili piacevoli e sicure che consentono di fare passeggiate anche coi più piccoli alle prime esperienze con la bici. Il giro che ho fatto e che consiglio di provare comincia in Piazza Brescia, dove a fianco dello IAT inizia il percorso imboccando via XIII Martiri fino alla rotonda dove inizia la strada provinciale Jesolana che arriva alla zona archeologica Jesolo vecchie mura, per proseguire lungo il Sile fino a Lio Maggiore. Il percorso andata e ritorno è di 36 km con molte tappe interessanti. PRIMA TAPPA Cà Sillis, un parco giochi inclusivo. Poco prima di arrivare a Jesolo Paese potete fare una sosta coi vostri bambini al parco giochi Cà Sillis, dove trovate verde, fontanelle e molti giochi, compresi giochi inclusivi. Sono presenti anche campi sportivi per i più grandi. SECONDA TAPPA Area archeologica, Antiche Mura. La leggenda popolare dice che la cattedrale, di cui ora è possibile vedere solo pochi resti, sia stata abbattuta da Attila Re degli Unni in persona. Nell’ufficio IAT in Piazza Brescia troverete un’area espositiva dove è possibile vedere alcuni mosaici ed è disponibile un modello in legno della chiesa che si può toccare per comprenderne le forme originali. Da Jesolo paese si prosegue risalendo il Sile sull’argine, con percorso a bassa intensità di traffico. Dopo aver attraversato il ponte sul Sile, svoltare a sinistra verso la Torre del Caigo, dove si dovrà imboccare via Lio Maggiore.

Squeezed between the Piave and Sile rivers, it is the highest point of the Venetian Lagoon. It has nice, safe bike routes that make it possible to stroll even when your little ones are riding bikes for the first time. The path I chose, which I highly recommend, starts in Piazza Brescia, right next to the Tourist Information Office. From there, follow Via XIII Martiri until you reach the roundabout where the Jesolana provincial road begins, which will take you to the Jesolo Vecchie Mura archaeological region. Follow the Sile all the way to Lio Maggiore. The 36-kilometer circular route includes numerous fascinating stops. FIRST STAGE Cà Sillis, an Inclusive Playground. Just before reaching Jesolo centre, you can take a break with your children at the Cà Sillis playground, where you’ll find greenery, fountains, and many games, including inclusive ones. There are also sports fields for the older ones. SECOND STAGE Archaeological Area, Ancient Walls. The popular legend says that the cathedral, of which only a few remains are visible now, was personally demolished by Attila, King of the Huns. In the IAT office in Piazza Brescia, you’ll find an exhibition area where you can see some mosaics, and there’s a wooden model of the church that you can touch to understand its original forms. From Jesolo Paese, continue along the Sile on the embankment, with a low-traffic route.

After crossing the bridge over the Sile, turn left towards Torre del Caigo, where you will take Via Lio Maggiore. THIRD STAGE Torre Caligo or Torre Caigo. Over the years, it has served various functions, especially as a toll booth for the substantial commercial traffic passing through, connecting the Piave with the Venetian Lagoon and Venice. From this point, the road becomes unpaved but well-trodden, with some scattered gravel heaps. The route is incredibly picturesque, along the curves of the Venetian Lagoon up to the La Barena farmhouse, where it ends. It winds through the countryside till it reaches the border. Here, you can up a rough dirt ramp to reach the Lagoon’s embankment. From this vantage point, you can look out over the entire lagoon, but particularly this

Negli anni ha svolto diverse funzioni, soprattutto quella di pedaggio per l’ingente traffico commerciale che vi transitava, mettendo in comunicazione il Piave con la Laguna Veneta e Venezia. Da questo punto la strada diventa sterrata ma ben battuta, con alcuni cumuli di ghiaia sparsa. Il percorso è molto suggestivo e si snoda per buona parte nelle campagne fino al confine con la Laguna Veneta, di cui ne delinea il contorno fino a Lio Maggiore, all’agriturismo La Barena. Qui è possibile salire sull’argine della Laguna, superando una rampa in terra battuta sconnessa. Da qui si può contemplare tutta la laguna, soprattutto in questo tratto potrete ammirarne la vegetazione tipica e a seconda delle stagioni, godere dei colori che vi saprà regalare. Gli uccelli di laguna sono molto sensibili al rumore e se saprete muovervi con la dovuta prudenza potrete vedere Fenicotteri, Garzette, Gallinelle d’acqua, Cormorani, Aironi e tanti altri abitanti delle barene nel loro habitat naturale.

SCAN ME ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO Se avete bisogno di fare manutenzione alle vostre bici o handbike, troverete sul Sile un punto coperto con alcuni attrezzi, in prossimità del ponte San Giovanni (pedonale e ciclabile). Il punto più critico del percorso lo troverete a Jesolo Paese dove, dopo aver superato il ponte sul canale Cavetta è necessario lasciare il percorso protetto per attraversare la strada su cui proseguire fino all’incrocio con via Antiche Mura, dove si trova l’area archeologica. A Jesolo si può arrivare con i Bus ATVO, dalla stazione dei treni di Mestre o dall’aeroporto di Venezia e Treviso. I bus hanno sempre una pedana per l’imbarco e il trasporto di carrozzine, garantiscono l’assistenza per le persone cieche e il trasporto del cane guida. Il mio consiglio è avvisare sempre delle proprie esigenze, così si evitano gli imprevisti dell’ultimo momento.

IL LEONARDO DA VINCI, UN “MUSEO DIFFUSO” La concezione di aeroporto, al Leonardo da Vinci di Roma Fiumicino, è quella di un luogo dove il viaggio ha già avuto inizio LEONARDO DA VINCI, A “WIDESPREAD MUSEUM” | The concept of the airport, at Leonardo da Vinci in Rome Fiumicino, is of a place where the journey has already begun.
L’obiettivo del principale scalo romano, negli ultimi anni, è sempre stato quello di rendere il Leonardo da Vinci, porta di accesso per Roma e l’Italia, un luogo sempre più vibrante, accogliente e di approfondimento per i passeggeri, oltre che un palcoscenico per la valorizzazione del nostro immenso patrimonio culturale e artistico in tutte le sue declinazioni, dando vita ad un vero e proprio “museo diffuso”. Consapevole dell’importante ruolo di connessione tra persone e culture, negli ultimi anni Aeroporti di Roma ha stretto fruttuose collaborazioni con Istituzioni, Enti e Associazioni culturali del Paese. Ne sono un esempio i due percorsi espositivi attualmente presenti nelle aree di imbarco A del Terminal 1 ed E del Terminal 3 dove è possibile ammirare opere di età romana, tutte provenienti dagli scavi di Ostia Antica e dalla necropoli di Isola Sacra, grazie alla partnership con il Parco Archeologico di Ostia Antica. Le opere in mostra (statua di Apollo, statua di Sabina come Cerere, due statue di Ninfe, due affreschi con cavaliere e con coppia di coniugi, gruppo scultoreo dei lottatori) sono rappresentative del panorama artistico e figurativo dell’antica colonia romana, provenendo da contesti monumentali urbani e dal territorio della città (Terme di Nettuno, Teatro, Necropoli di Porto all’Isola Sacra). Allo stesso tempo, sono stati anche realizzati alcuni podcast, in collaborazione con Chora Media, per accompagnare i passeggeri alla scoperta di questi capolavori, attraverso la storia, gli aneddoti, le curiosità e il contesto storico permettendo così di rivivere, seppur virtualmente, gli splendori dell’Antica Roma. Non mancano le partnership anche in ambito musical, con il Teatro dell’Opera di Roma e con l’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia: concerti a favore dei passeggeri, esibizioni liriche e flashmob nella Piazza del Molo A, trasformano periodicamente il Leonardo da Vinci in un grande e innovativo auditorium. The objective of the main Roman airport, in recent years, has always been to make Leonardo da Vinci, the gateway to Rome and Italy, an increasingly vibrant, welcoming and in-depth place for passengers, as well as a stage for the valorization of our immense cultural and artistic heritage in all its forms, giving life to a real “widespread museum”. Aware of the important role of connecting people and cultures, in recent years Aeroporti di Roma has established fruitful collaborations with institutions, bodies and cultural associations in the country. An example of this are the two exhibitions currently present in boarding areas A of Terminal 1 and E of Terminal 3, where one can admire works from the Roman era, all coming from the excavations of Ostia Antica and the necropolis of Isola Sacra, thanks to the partnership with the Archaeological Park of Ostia Antica. The works on display (statue of Apollo, statue of Sabina as Ceres, two statues of Nymphs, two frescoes with a knight and a married couple, sculptural group of wrestlers) are representative of the artistic and figurative panorama of the ancient Roman colony, coming from monumental urban contexts and the territory of the city (Bath of Neptune, Theatre, Necropolis of Porto on the Sacred Island). At the same time, podcasts were also created, in collaboration with Chora Media, to accompany passengers in the discovery of these masterpieces through history, anecdotes, curiosities and the historical context, allowing them to relive, albeit virtually, the splendors of Ancient Rome. Da ultimo, il 3 agosto, è stata inaugurata presso il Molo A, da parte del Gruppo Mundys, “Moving Data”, per sensibilizzare i passeggeri sul viaggio sostenibile, realizzata dal data artist Davide Asker nella foto con il Presidente di Mundys Giampiero Massolo, il Presidente di ADR Vincenzo Nunziata e Chief Sustainability and Innovation Officer Mundys. Con WOA Creative Company, Asker ha fuso armoniosamente nell’installazione tecnologia e creatività, l’installazione accompagna i visitatori in un’esplorazione del mondo della mobilità unica. Entrando all’interno, il viaggiatore si trova in una struttura specchiata che, grazie all’utilizzo di corpi illuminanti, produce un gioco di riflessi e prospettive che danno la sensazione di muoversi in uno spazio infinito. L’esperienza è resa interattiva dalla presenza di 4 monitor alti 3 metri, posti agli angoli interni della struttura e 85 corpi illuminanti. Scanner LiDAR tracciano i movimenti dell’utente in prossimità dello schermo, sincronizzati con suono e luci.

The experience is made interactive by the presence of four 3-meter high monitors, placed at the internal corners of the structure and 85 lighting fixtures. LiDAR scanners track the user’s movements near the screen, synchronized with sound and lights.

- “Vertigine” by Manuel Felisi: il viaggio, la natura, le tracce, il giorno e la notte. Questo gli elementi primari che emergono da “Vertigine”, l’opera dell’artista milanese Manuel Felisi esposta al Terminal 1 dell’aeroporto di Fiumicino. Un’installazione composta da due opere posizionate una di fronte all’altra, fatte di tante piccole tele dove, sullo sfondo di vecchi rulli da decorazione di interni lavorati con l’acrilico e la resina, sono stampate foto di alberi che compongono ‘griglie’ di linee nere orizzontali e verticali. - Il Rinoceronte by Marcantonio: “Quante volte ogni giorno pensiamo che la nostra società stia prendendo una deriva troppo stressante, consumistica e compromettente? Quanto del nostro atteggiamento altera l’equilibrio naturale del mondo che ci circonda? E cosa rimane dentro di noi del mondo naturale a cui apparteniamo?”. È un messaggio potente quello che racconta “Natural Reaction” By Marcantonio, l’opera di arte contemporanea raffigurante un rinoceronte bianco in dimensioni reali, per una lunghezza di circa quattro metri con uno schermo da cinquanta pollici incastonato nel corno, che dallo scorso 12 settembre i passeggeri possono ammirare nell’area di imbarco E del Leonardo da Vinci. - La Balena by Marcantonio: L’opera di arte contemporanea dell’artista Marcantonio è stata esposta nella suggestiva piazza del molo A all’aeroporto di Fiumicino, per i primi 4 mesi del 2023. Si tratta di un’opera dal forte impatto visivo che riproduce in dimensioni originali, per una lunghezza di dodici metri e un peso totale di oltre settecento chilogrammi, lo scheletro di una balena, illuminato al suo interno da lampade provenienti da tutto il mondo. Se passate da Roma nel mese di febbraio, quest’anno non dovete assolutamente farvi sfuggire il Carnevale di Ronciglione, che si terrà fino al 13 del mese, con eventi speciali, cene di gala, le tradizionali parate e le rappresentazioni storiche, senza dimenticare balli, mascherate e piacevoli pomeriggi musicali. Ronciglione, ridente cittadina laziale nei pressi del Lago di Vico, è definita non a caso “la Città del Carnevale”, proprio per l’antica festa che affonda le sue radici nella storia e nella tradizione del paese. Questo vivace evento, che si tiene ogni anno, è una celebrazione unica che attira visitatori da vicino e da lontano per partecipare a un’esperienza indimenticabile ricca di colori, musica e tradizioni.
COME È INIZIATO E COME SI È EVOLUTO
Le origini del Carnevale di Ronciglione risalgono a secoli fa, quando la comunità locale decise di celebrare l’arrivo della primavera con un’esplosione di gioia e festa. Nel corso degli anni, la festa si è evoluta, ma ha conservato il suo spirito vibrante e l’atmosfera coinvolgente che la caratterizzano. Il modello a cui si ispira è sicuramente il carnevale romano rinascimentale e barocco. Il suono del “campanone”, posto sopra il tetto del municipio, che annuncia la festa, la danza popolare del saltarello accompagnata dalla banda comunale, i carri allegorici, le mascherate, la corsa dei Barberi, il rituale della morte di Re Carnevale con la pittoresca fiaccolata accompagnata dalla Compagnia della Penitenza e dalle vedove vestite di nero di Re Carnevale assistite da diversi “cerusici” e con la morte vestita di nero, su alti trampoli, con la lunga falce in mano, la sfilata e la carica dei “Nasi Rossi”, sono elementi che ritroviamo, a volte con delle variazioni, nel carnevale romano rinascimentale e barocco e che Johann Wolfgang Goethe descriverà nel suo libro Viaggio in Italia, viaggio compiuto tra il 1786 e il 1788.
UN CARNEVALE ALLEGRO E AUTENTICO
Una delle peculiarità di questo Carnevale è la sua autenticità. Ronciglione si distingue per mantenere vive le tradizioni del passato, offrendo ai partecipanti un’esperienza che trasporta indietro nel tempo. Ronciglione, a charming town in Lazio near Lake Vico, is not by chance defined as “the City of Carnival”, but precisely fort the ancient festival which has its roots in the history and tradition of the town. This lively event, held annually, is a unique celebration that attracts visitors from near and far to participate in an unforgettable experience filled with color, music and tradition. HOW IT STARTED AND HOW IT EVOLVED The origins of the Ronciglione Carnival date back centuries, when the local community decided to celebrate the arrival of spring with an explosion of joy and celebration. Over the years, the festival has evolved, but has retained the vibrant spirit and engaging atmosphere which characterizes it. The model that inspires it is certainly the Renaissance and Baroque Roman carnival. The sound of the “big bell”, placed above the roof of the town hall, which announces the festival, the popular dance of the passatello accompanied by the municipal band, the allegorical floats, the masquerades, the Barberi race, the ritual of the death of King Carnival with the picturesque torchlight procession accompanied by the Company of Penance and the widows dressed in black of King Carnival assisted by several “surgeons” and with Death dressed in black, on high stilts, with the long scythe in his hand, the parade and the charge of the “Red Noses ” are all elements that we find, sometimes with variations, in the Roman Renaissance and Baroque carnival and that Johann Wolfgang Goethe describes in his book Journey to Italy, a journey undertaken between 1786 and 1788.
A CHEERFUL AND AUTHENTIC CARNIVAL One of the peculiarities of this Carnival is its authenticity. Without forgetting the famous “Red Noses”, a typical local mask that every year, on Carnival Monday, offers rigatoni with ragù contained in picturesque terracotta chamber pots to the numerous citizens and tourists present in the beautiful setting of Piazza della Nave. Sono passati già sei anni dall’introduzione della Tesla Model 3, una vettura decisamente innovativa per l’epoca che ha permesso alla casa americana di abbassare di molto i costi di produzione e quindi proporre al pubblico prezzi più bassi espandendo enormemente i numeri di vendita. Ma ora anche per la Tesla Model 3 è venuto il momento di un aggiornamento (che sarà svelato a breve per essere in vendita già tra la fine del 2023 e l’inizio del 2024), al centro del quale c’è ancora una volta il miglioramento dell’efficienza e la riduzione ulteriore dei costi di produzione. Fra le tecniche adottate per risparmiare, la più importante è il “mega casting” (già usato per la Model Y): si tratta della pressofusione di grandi strutture metalliche che prendono il posto di elementi ottenuti incollando e saldando fra loro centinaia di pezzi. E non mancano miglioramenti alle batterie e al software. A trazione posteriore o 4x4, dovrebbe avere fra 350 e 500 CV circa. Ma la Tesla Model 3 vedrà anche modifiche alla carrozzeria per rinfrescare uno stile che risale al 2017. L’autonomia stimata della Tesla Model 3 a trazione posteriore passa da 491 a 513 km con i cerchi da 19”, mentre con i cerchi da 18” si passa da 510 a 554 km. Aumenta anche il prezzo, che passa da 41.490 a 42.490 euro. Migliorano anche le prestazioni della Tesla Model 3 Long Range, la cui autonomia passa da 602 a 629 km, con i cerchi da 19” e da 626 a 678 km, con i cerchi da 18 (percorrenza stimata secondo il ciclo di omologazione WLTP). Anche in questo caso il prezzo aumenta di 1.000 euro, passando da 48.990 a 49.990 euro. 98 |
Six years have already passed since the introduction of the Tesla Model 3, a decidedly innovative car for its time which allowed the American company to significantly lower production costs and therefore offer the public lower prices, greatly expanding sales numbers . But now the time has come for an update for the Tesla Model 3 (which will be revealed shortly to be on sale already between the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024), at the center of which there is once again the improving efficiency and further reducing production costs. Among the techniques adopted to save money, the most important is “mega casting” (already used for the Model Y): this is the die-casting of large metal structures that take the place of elements obtained by gluing and welding hundreds of pieces together. And there is no shortage of improvements to the batteries and software. Rear-wheel drive or 4x4, it should have between approximately 350 and 500 hp. But the Tesla Model 3 will also see changes to the bodywork to refresh a style that dates back to 2017. The estimated range of the rear-wheel drive Tesla Model 3 goes from 491 to 513 km with 19” wheels and with 18” wheels it goes from 510 to 554 km. The price also increases, going from 41,490 to 42,490 euros.
