Evening MBA students have a broad range of experience, skill sets, and career aspirations. Career services support from the Jones Career Center is integrated into your Evening MBA experience.
The Jones Career Center supports a variety of career transitions including moving into new functional areas, advancing within your current organization, changing companies, and shifting industries. You'll have access to many resources to help you refine your career blueprint, set up your strategy, develop your action plan, and position your skills to achieve your individual career goals.
The Evening MBA Blueprint Career Program integrates a range of offerings to support your career journey across three phases: discovery, job search readiness, and professional growth.
Discovery
Use the discovery phase to assess your skills, interests, and values along with researching possible career paths. Utilize career center resources, the Scheller curriculum, MBA clubs, and networking opportunities to identify functional areas of interest and build knowledge through relationships. Identify any gaps you may have and ways your MBA journey can help you gain skills to support your career goals.

Blueprint Workshop Series
• Our three-part Blueprint Cornerstone Workshop series is focused on networking, resumes / LinkedIn, and behavioral interviewing, and is offered several times throughout the year. Other events will cover topics such as case interviewing, technology interviewing, and personal branding. Individualized Career Coaching
• Start your career journey at orientation by taking the CareerLeader Assessment to gain insight into your interests, motivators, skills, and how they all translate into functional career matches unique to you.
• Our Blueprint CANVAS course provides on-demand resources for career exploration and job search including modules focused on career paths, resumes, LinkedIn, networking, and interviewing.
Join your Evening MBA career coaches for virtual office hours to discuss a career topic and general Q&A. Virtual office hours are at noon throughout the academic year (generally the first Wednesday of every month).

• Business Jackets is your exclusive portal to access our job board, register for career center workshops and networking events, and schedule career coaching appointments.
Jones Career Center Events
• Each year, our Jones Career Team plans events that facilitate connections with our alumni and company partners. Participate in company treks and visit headquarters in Atlanta.. Engage with our Evening MBA alumni on campus during Techworking, our annual exclusive Evening MBA networking event.
