Scholarship Home Builder Message

Koehnemann Construction has participated in each of the 43 Parade of Homes and is privileged to have been selected as the Builder for the 2022 Great American Parade of Homes Scholarship Home. We are proud to build in Bay County and honored to be a part of such a great community.

We are very serious about introducing new design ideas and innovative products to the homes we build. We attend the International Builders’ Show and the Southeast Building Conference yearly to discover the latest and greatest trends.

I would like to recognize Jim Burns, a very capable member of our organization for his tireless efforts to expedite the process in finishing this beautiful Scholarship Home on schedule.

The support of our BBIA membership, making donations and giving discounts, contributing their time, offering their knowledge and expertise, and working tirelessly to make this event possible is astounding. Because of the generosity of the membership, their co-workers, and vendors, we have been able to build this home and present it to you as Entry #1 out of 10 beautiful homes on the Parade Route this year.

Thanks to the hard work and donations from our community members, BBIA will provide a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this home in scholarships to local students this year. I am so proud of our efforts to accomplish this.

Giving to the community today is giving to the community’s future needs. Thanks to all!
