SILVER SCOOP Kissin’ Kuzzins Beginner Square Dance Classes
Tuesdays 7 to 9 p.m. Aug. 20 - Dec. 10 $52.50 per person Instructor Wayne Shoemaker will cover basic and mainstream calls through this 17-week class. Senior Awareness Day Richardson Civic Center - Grand Hall Friday, Aug. 9 9 a.m. to noon Angie Chen Button is currently serving as State Representative for House District 112, of Dallas County which includes portions of Garland, Richardson, Rowlett, Sachse, Wylie and Dallas. Every year she hosts a Senior Awareness Day which is a free event offering exhibitors, entertainment, refreshments and door prizes. Dallas Area Agency on Aging will be present to provide assistance and answer questions regarding Medicare, Medicaid and other benefits available for seniors.
