Jazz Dance

Move through progressive barre and center exercises that stress skeletal alignment, turn-out of the legs, coordination of the hands and arms, weight changes, and proper use of the feet. Establish a strong foundation in dance, build strength, and apply techniques in other forms of dance.

The rhythm is going to get you! Learn the basics including leaps, turns, and kicks. Tone your entire body while you focus on arm and leg techniques. The Bridges Course is a twenty-seven hole public course, featuring bentgrass greens, 419 Bermuda tees, fairways and roughs, and a 35 station practice range. Located on the south end is the Branding Iron, a full service restaurant with a variety of foods from sandwiches to steaks.

•A City of Garland Waiver and Release of Claim must be on file for each registrant prior to participating in any program.

If you are not satisfied with a program for any reason after attending the first program meeting, you may request a full refund, See for a complete list of or credit. After the second program recreation centers and senior centers. transfer, meeting you may request a pro-rated refund or credit. All refund requests must be made prior to the end date of the program. Refund requests for one-day programs must be made 24 hours in advance.
