Gardner Builders is a hospitality company in the commercial construction business - which means we are driven to create positive, impactful experiences for all involved in the construction process. Our driving goal is to be a place where people feel valued, challenged, and love to come to work, and we are challenged to set the platinum standard within construction.

ABOUT GARDNER MILWAUKEE

Gardner Builders Milwaukee was launched in April of 2018, adding to the two previously built offices in Minneapolis and Duluth. Establishing a Gardner Builders culture hub in Milwaukee supplied the team with another opportunity to provide world-class service, collaboration, and hospitality to the construction industry. The mission began with assembling a team of Wisconsin residents that not only know the area but understand the community– a community that is hard-working, diverse, and full of history. Supporting the existing culture of Milwaukee allows us to maintain and generate relationships within the community. We founded the office on the Milwaukee River, a vital natural resource to the region that is home to the world’s largest cluster of freshwater lakes. We wanted this workspace to be at the center of what feeds the city, both for agriculture and recreation. Aiming to uphold the rich history of diligent hard work that this small, big city was built on, we keep our team members connected with those our work effects to continue our mission of not just working for the community, but instilling ourselves in it.

Each Gardner Builders culture hub supplies to a different market and Milwaukee’s pursuit is no exception. With the city’s prominent past, we take pride in taking part in restoring and rehabilitating existing buildings. Built on blue-collar work, we appreciate being a trusted ally to continue Milwaukee’s legacy. While supporting the past, we use our good intentions to help Milwaukee be better than the day before. Projects that uplift the hardships all cities endure; projects that encourage small businesses to thrive in the community; projects with Fortune 500 companies that create employment opportunities. Our work doesn’t only live in Milwaukee, but expands to Oshkosh and Green Bay, leaving our mark across Eastern Wisconsin. Our mission is to form trust between our team and the cities we work in, creating lasting relationships between our trade partners, designers, and clients.
