Our staffing plan is carefully designed, considering the time commitments of each team member throughout the project lifecycle. We prioritize not just availability but a holistic view of each role’s commitment level to ensure an optimal workload.

Many of our project management staff holds their CHC designation from the American Hospital Association, and we actively engage with organizations like ASHE or AMFP to stay updated with industry information and training.

Pharmacy USP 797/800 upgrades completed across 5 phases in partnership with EAPC Architects, all while the facility remained open 24 hours a day. Gardner constructed an ICRA barrier tunnel through the corridor wall to maintain a safe pathway for materials and workers throughout construction. The 2,523 SF project was completed in just 3 months.

A pediatric waiting area play cabin constructed within the active lobby of M Health Fairview - Lakes Medical Center, completed in under 3 weeks. A negative air tent was built in the lobby to protect the hospital environment while the cabin was built inside—a logistically complex project with a meaningful impact on young patients.

The flagship build out for lasik surgery leader OVO Lasik & Lens included a clinic space and a complex lasik surgery center.

Custom millwork elements with intricate lighting throughout the space created a whimsical and unique environment.

OVO Lasik & Lens Interior build out of 22,000 SF, state-ofthe-art clinic in partnership with BWBR Architects. MN Epilepsy Group hired Gardner during site selection to provide conceptual cost analysis, then pre-construction services through project completion. Project included exam rooms, overnight suites, and administrative/office space.

A 60,000 SF Medical Office Building for HealthPartners in Apple Valley, featuring an imaging suite with Philips & Siemens equipment alongside a full range of clinic functions including Dental, Optometry, Primary Care, and Mother Baby. Gardner collaborated with two separate owner groups on Core & Shell and interior buildout, delivering value engineering.

Ground up Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Vadnais Heights, MN. Worked directly for developer MSP Commercial to deliver surgery center core and shell in accordance with delivery dates for tenant.

The Lexington Meadows MOB is a twostory healthcare core and shell space built with future vertical expansion capabilities. This $7.8 Million project is part of a larger master plan project with the City of Blaine to create a development district including residential, retail, and commercial space including this medical office opportunity.

This 79,196 SF, two-story Medical Office Building (MOB) was completed for Summit Orthopedics in Plymouth, MN. The project included core and shell construction, site improvements, and coordination with interior build-out.

Commitment to Safety & ICRA Our team adheres to stringent ICRA protocols, setting a platinum standard that goes beyond mere compliance—we are deeply invested in the health and safety of everyone impacted by our work.

On our field team, all Superintendents, Laborers, Carpenters, Service Team Members has some level of ICRA training through the Carpenter’s Union. Most have completed the 24-Hour level certification.

Part of our process on any healthcare project is to include the ICRA assessment and any necessary kickoff paperwork or conversations as early as possible. Even during early budget phases, it is critical for the entire project team to understand phasing, barrier requirements, specific cleanliness and housekeeping concerns, and air flow/pressure needs.

We utilize our own purchased hard-wall STARC brand temporary wall systems whenever possible within an active healthcare environment. We have stocked materials for almost any scenario including different door types for egress needs, tight spaces, and even for aesthetics and patient comfort.

We also have our own HEPA filters, air pressure monitors (both digital and analog depending on requirements), and dust control measures.
