DISCOVERY
Courage & Discovery
Even when you are met with a roadblock or a halt in your path towards what energizes you, rather than seeing this as a ‘stop and turn around location, can you get curious to discover what’s on the other side?
FOUNDATION
You are your foundation
Dedicate love and gratitude to the foundation of you, the person who has always stood by your side. You are the most loyal and lasting relationship that you have. Write down 3 loving appreciations you have for yourself.
ENERGIZE
“Whatever we focus our attention on grows. When we attend to what energizes or inspires us, we flourish.” - David Taylor-Klaus RISE
Plant the seeds of change Picture rooting or planting the things you want to nourish in your life that energizes you. These things start as tiny seeds, and rise rooted and powerful.
What energizes you?

RECOGNIZE
Recognition of your past
In order to nourish where we wish to go, we need to recognize how far we’ve come. Envision all of the trials and tribulations you’ve navigated through and how they’ve helped you get to where you are now.
REFLECT
Release self-limiting beliefs
We often look at our reflection with critiques and expectations. However, at this moment can you practice seeing yourself in the reflection of how you feel? Write down how you feel, take a photo of yourself or this moment to commemorate this feeling.
PRESENT
Be present
Be fully present. While honoring the past and dreaming of the future, the real power is in the now. Ground yourself with the 5-4-3-2-1 method: notice 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, and 1 you taste. This simple sensory practice helps ease anxiety and stress.
