Guidelines for your Dog We are delighted that you are visiting, and that you have chosen to bring your dog to be part of your stay. To ensure a comfortable visit for you and for our other guests, we ask that you follow these guidelines: • • • •

Please register your dog prior to checking into your room. o A $200.00, non-refundable, dog fee per room be assessed during your stay. Please note that your dog should not exceed 40 pounds, and there may only be one dog per room. Your dog must be on a leash at all times. Although you are welcome to pass through the hotel lobby, Health Department regulations require that your dog not remain in public areas of the resort and club at any time. They are not permitted at any time in any dining outlets, in the pool areas, or in the Spa or Fitness Center. We ask that you be courteous and responsible and always clean up after your dog. To ensure that other guests of the resort are not inconvenienced by noise, we ask that you keep your dog quiet as all times. Please provide a cell phone number where you may be reached should your dog cause a disturbance while you are out of our room. If our Team is asked to contact you more than once as the result of your dog making noise, we will assist you in making arrangements for your dog to stay at an offsite boarding facility for the remainder of your visit. Housekeeping Service should be set at times when a member of your party can be present. If that is not possible, please plan so that your dog is not in the room during the time of service you have set with our team. Otherwise we will not be able to provide service. The resort, parent company, agents and team will not be responsible for any liability involving your dog with respect to property damages, injuries or any other incidents.

Thank you for your understanding of these guidelines, which were established for the genuine care and comfort of all our guests. Please sign and return this letter in advance, or if you prefer, bring it with you to check -in.
