As we begin the new year I am very grateful for all the strides we’ve made together at our agency over the past years. It truly has been a collaborative effort put forth by the staff, the individuals that attend our programs, their families, the agency’s Board of Directors, and the many friends and businesses that support us. I am pleased with the quality of our programs and the stability of our financial position, but it is the kind and caring
culture that one experiences throughout the agency that I am most proud of. The changes that have taken place and the various new training and community experiences did not occur by happenstance, but are the product of strategic planning efforts and regularly scheduled sessions of evaluating past goals and objectives, and establishing new ones.
