Adam Ondra, il più grande talento dell’arrampicata al mondo IT Scalare in Trentino d’estate è una meravigliosa combinazione di animo estivo e di vacanza, quasi un sentimento di mare al lago, scalata nell’ombra, fra montagne meravigliose e un tuffo in acque limpide.

Quando mi alzo presto, mi piace andare a scalare sulle falesie del Garda Trentino. In particolare Terra Promessa è la mia preferita, la mattina per l’ombra.

E il pomeriggio... un dolce far niente.

Wenn ich früh aufstehe, gehe ich gerne eine Runde in den Wänden des Garda Trentino klettern. Mein absoluter Favorit ist die Terra Promessa, da sie morgens schön im Schatten liegt. Und nachmittags? Relax!

The lake has a seaside atmosphere, you can climb in the shade on spectacular mountains and have a dip in the cool clear waters to cool down. When I get up early, I love to go climbing on the crags in Garda Trentino. Terra Promessa is my favourite in the morning because it’s in the shade. And in the afternoon… I just kick back and relax.

Die Kletterwände sind auch für Sportler geeignet, die bisher nur an künstlichen Wänden trainiert haben und jetzt Klettern in freier Natur ausprobieren möchten – ein völlig neues Erlebnis!

Climb Safe!

IT Attenzione! Le falesie dell’Outdoor Park Garda Trentino e Ledro sono attrezzate con i migliori standard di sicurezza e periodicamente controllate, ma non dovete dimenticare che si tratta pur sempre di pareti naturali di libero accesso soggette ad agenti di vario tipo - atmosferici, tellurici, umani - che possono deteriorare la roccia ed il materiale a dimora.

Per un’esperienza di arrampicata il più sicura possibile è necessario seguire le seguenti norme di sicurezza:

Indossate sempre il casco sia in arrampicata sia quando stazionate al piede della falesia, per proteggervi dalla caduta di pietre o in cadute incontrollate

Prima di dare inizio all’arrampicata eseguite un controllo reciproco sull’attrezzatura di sicurezza: imbragatura, rinvii, nodo di assicurazione e posizionamento del freno

Se non debbono arrampicare, tenete i bambini lontani dal piede della falesia, non è un’area di gioco

Agganciate tutti i punti di rinvio presenti in parete, una caduta è sempre possibile anche nei tratti più facili

Non arrampicate mai slegati oltre il primo ancoraggio

Chiudete sempre la ghiera del moschettone di calata

Stazionate al piede della falesia solo per il tempo necessario ad arrampicare o assicurare ed anche in tal caso evitate di stazionare sulla verticale di chi arrampica e siate sempre attenti a chi si muove in parete

Controllate sempre il materiale presente in parete, in modo particolare lo stato di usura dei moschettoni di calata. In caso di dubbio è meglio doppiarlo con un proprio moschettone, è un piccolo sacrificio in rapporto al potenziale rischio

Nel caso riscontriate situazioni anomale o potenzialmente pericolose Vi chiediamo di segnalarlo a info@gardatrentino.it: sarà così possibile inviare esperti per valutare la situazione e compiere gli interventi necessari

Nel caso pratichiate il bouldering adottate il crash pad e le tecniche di parata, controllate attentamente che l’area di potenziale caduta sia piana e libera da ostacoli e priva di pericoli.

Limitate l’altezza di arrampicata in funzione del terreno di atterraggio e comunque non salite mai oltre 4 mt

Adottate adeguate attrezzature di assicurazione dopo averne appreso il corretto utilizzo.

Togliete anelli e braccialetti potrebbero causare lesioni gravi impigliandosi nella roccia

Per l’assicurazione Top Rope utilizzate esclusivamente il punto di calata sommitale dopo avere controllato la chiusura della ghiera.

Se non siete esperti nell’uso di attrezzature e tecniche di sicurezza affidatevi ad un professionista.

CHI PRATICA L’ARRAMPICATA È COSCIENTE ED ACCETTA IL RISCHIO INSITO NELLA PRATICA DI QUESTA ATTIVITÀ.

I più piccoli imparano da voi: anche sugli itinerari più facili indossate il casco, non salite mai oltre il primo ancoraggio slegati e moschettonate tutti gli ancoraggi.

DE Achtung! Alle Kletterwände des Outdoorpark Garda Trentino und Ledro entsprechen dem höchsten Sicherheitsstandard und werden regelmäßig überprüft. Dennoch muss beachtet werden, dass es sich um natürliche Kletterwände handelt, die durch das Klima sowie die Benutzung durch Kletterer beeinträchtigt werden können.

Für ein sicheres Klettererlebnis müssen deshalb die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise beachtet werden:

Es muss zu jeder Zeit ein Helm getragen werden, sowohl während des Kletterns, als auch vor der Kletterwand, um sich vor möglichem abrutschendem Gestein zu schützen

Bevor geklettert wird, muss die Ausrüstung überprüft werden: Klettergurt, Karabiner, Sicherungsseil und Knoten, sowie die Brems-Mechanismen

Kinder, die nicht klettern, sind von den Kletterwänden fern zu halten; hier darf nicht gespielt werden

Kletterer müssen sich immer an allen Sicherungspunkten der Wand einhaken!

Ein Absturz kann immer passieren - selbst wenn es sich um eine “leichte” Route handelt

Ohne Sicherung durch einen Karabiner darf nie geklettert werden

Beim Abseilen muss der Karabiner-Ring immer geschlossen sein

Man darf sich nur dann direkt an, beziehungsweise vor der Wand aufhalten, wenn tatsächlich geklettert oder gesichert wird. Andere Kletterer an der Wand müssen immer im Auge behalten werden. Zudem dürfen sich Kletterer nie direkt unter anderen Kletterern aufhalten

Der Zustand der Karabiner muss immer kontrolliert werden. Falls auch nur der geringste Zweifel besteht, ist es besser, einen zweiten zu verwenden

Falls etwas auffällt, das ungewöhnlich erscheint oder zu einer gefährlichen Klettersituation führen könnte, bitten wir um eine Mitteilung an: info@gardatrentino.it. So können wir einen Experten beauftragen, die Situation vor Ort zu überprüfen

Beim Bouldern muss ein Crashpad verwendet und die gängigen Schutz-Techniken angewandt werden. Es ist zudem zu kontrollieren, ob der Boden, für den Fall eines Sturzes, frei von gefährlichen Gegenständen ist. Der Abstand zum Boden muss entsprechend angepasst werden.

Generell sollte nie höher als auf vier Meter geklettert werden

Die korrekte Verwendung der Sicherheitsausrüstung muss gelernt und dann vorschriftsmäßig ausgeführt werden

Um schwere Verletzungen zu vermeiden, nehmen Sie Ringe und Armbänder vor dem Klettern unbedingt ab, da Sie sich damit im Fels verfangen können

Verwenden Sie zur Top Rope-Sicherung ausschließlich die oberste Umlenkung und überprüfen Sie zuvor, dass sich das Seil sicher durch den Ring bzw. Karabiner läuft

Wenn Sie nicht mit der Kletterausrüstung und den Klettermethoden vertraut sind, lassen Sie sich auf jeden Fall von einem Profi begleiten

ES WIRD ERWARTET, DASS SICH JEDER DES RISIKOS, DAS DIESER SPORT MIT SICH BRINGT, BEWUSST IST UND SICH ENTSPRECHEND VERHÄLT! Die Kleinen lernen von den Großen: Tragen Sie deshalb auch auf einfachen Routen einen Helm, steigen Sie niemals unangeseilt über den ersten Ankerpunkt hinaus und sichern Sie sich an allen Ankern mit Karabinern.

EN Warning: The crags in Outdoor Park Garda Trentino and Ledro have been bolted to the highest safety standards and are inspected periodically, but always remember that these are natural crags accessible to all but subject to a variety of different forces: atmospheric conditions, earth movement and human activity, any of which may cause deterioration of fixed gear and the condition of the rock itself.

In order to climb as safely as possible, it is essential you follow these safety guidelines:

Always wear a helmet when climbing or standing at the base of the crag to protect yourself from falling rocks or unprotected falls

Before you begin a climb, check each other’s safety gear: harness, quick-draws, knots and position of the belay device

It is not a playground, so unless they are climbing, keep children away from the foot of the crag

Clip on to all the bolts along the route.

Falls are always possible even on the easiest sections

Never climb unsecured beyond the first anchor

Always lock the screwgate carabiner at the lower-off point

Only stand at the base of a crag as long as strictly necessary for climbing or belaying and, even then, avoid standing directly beneath those climbing and always be aware of climbers on the crag

Always check the condition of protection material on the climb, especially the wear and tear on lower-off carabiners. If in doubt, double up with a carabiner of your own. It’s better to sacrifice some gear than take a potential risk

If you come across any potential danger or anomaly please contact us to let us know: info@gardatrentino.it; so we can send experts to assess the situation and carry out any work needed

If you go bouldering, use a crash pad and spotting techniques, make sure that the fall area is level and free of danger. Limit the height of the climb according to the landing terrain and in any case never go more than 4 metres above the ground

Use appropriate protection gear and make sure you know how to use it first

Remove any rings or bracelets which could cause serious injury if they got caught on the rock

When top roping always check that the screwgate carabiner at the top anchor is screwed shut

Only climb with an expert unless you have plenty of experience in the use of safety gear and techniques

ANYBODY WHO CLIMBS IS AWARE OF THE INHERENT DANGERS INVOLVED AND DOES SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.

Kids learn from you: even on the easiest routes make sure to wear your helmet, never go above the first bolt without clipping on and clip quickdraws onto all the bolts as you climb.

Alla base della parete una targhetta Braille fornisce informazioni sui percorsi. Un parcheggio riservato ai soli disabili, un nuovo itinerario di avvicinamento - a fondo liscio e con manovia - rendono facile l’accesso; a completare l’area, innovativi tavoli e panchine adatti alle carrozzine e servizi igienici per portatori di disabilità. Inaugurata nel 2011 dagli atleti del primo mondiale Paraclimbing.

Informationstafeln in Blindenschrift beschreiben den Verlauf und den Schwierigkeitsgrad der sechs Kletterrouten sowie die Art der Sicherung. Zudem ist der Klettergarten mit Führungsseilen sowie dicht beieinanderliegenden Haken ausgestattet. Ein Behindertenparkplatz und ein neuer Zugangsweg - auf ebenem Untergrund und mit Handlauf - erleichtern den Zugang. Zusätzlich dazu stehen neue Tische und Bänke zur Verfügung, die mit dem Rollstuhl befahrbar sind, sowie behindertengerechte sanitäre Anlagen. Im Jahr 2011 wurde der Park von Athleten der 1.

Weltmeisterschaft im Paraclimbing eingeweiht.

Natural paraclimbing wall EN The first no frontiers climbing wall in the world: equipped with a tactile map, so that also blind or visually impaired can understand the development of 6 climbing routes, the number and type of bolts, as well as the level of difficulty.

A Braille plaque at the base of the wall provides information on the routes. In order to provide an easier access to the area, there is a car park exclusively reserved for disabled and a new approach route with smooth road surface and hand-drag. Finally, the area is fitted out with innovative tables and benches designed to accommodate wheelchairs as well as bathroom facilities for disabled. It was inaugurated in 2011 by the competitors in the first World Paraclimbing Championship.

Da Arco raggiungere la chiesa di San Martino (pochi parcheggi a disposizione, si consiglia di arrivare a piedi - 20 min). Risalire la strada asfaltata per 50 m in direzione Policromuro; la falesia è evidente sulla sinistra.

Von Arco, die Kirche von San Martino erreichen. Da es nur wenige Parkplätze am Klettergarten gibt, ist es ratsam, von Arco aus dieselbe Strecke zu Fuß zu gehen (20 Minuten). Ihre Lage im Concei-Tal, im Ort Ex Centrale auf rund 900 m in einem bewaldeten Tälchen, macht sie zu einer idealen Kletterwand für die Sommermonate.

Situated at 900 metres above sea level in a shady wooded valley, Valle di Concei in the Ex Centrale area where the power station used to be, it is ideal for the summer months.

45° 55,553 N / 10° 43,095 E 10/15 mt Piccola guglia dolomitica che offre una decina di linee da 10 a 15 mt di difficoltà contenuta, adatte anche ai meno esperti. Si raggiunge a piedi con una passeggiata di 5’ dal parcheggio nei pressi della struttura in Loc. Ex-Centrale attrezzata con tavoli e panche per pic nic.

Kleine dolomitische Felsnadel mit rund einem Dutzend Routen von 10 bis 15 m mit mäßigem Schwierigkeitsgrad, auch für Anfänger geeignet. Zu Fuß über einen kurzen Weg (5 Minuten) vom Parkplatz neben dem ehemaligen Wasserkraftwerk im Ort Ex-Centrale aus erreichbar, mit Picknicktischen und -bänken.

A little limestone pillar with a dozen routes 10 to 15 metres long with a low grade of difficulty suited to less experienced climbers. It only takes 5 minutes on foot from the car park in Ex-Centrale where the power station used to be and there is a picnic area with tables and benches.

Climbing Stadium IT Sui suoi 550 metri2 di superficie arrampicabile, il Climbing Stadium ospita il Rockmaster, la più famosa gara d’arrampicata del mondo!

La struttura, a pochi passi dal centro di Arco, all’ombra del Colodri, è aperta al pubblico, con ingresso a pagamento. Si arrampica anche in caso di pioggia e in notturna.

DE Das Kletterstadion bietet 550 qm Kletterfläche. Hier findet der Rock Master, der berühmteste Kletterwettbewerb der Welt, statt.

Das Stadion liegt in Laufweite vom Zentrum Arcos entfernt, am Fuße des Monte Colodri. Der Eintritt erfolgt gegen Gebühr, das Stadion kann auch im Dunkeln und Regen genutzt werden.

Climbing Wall Ledro IT Da metà giugno a metà settembre, presso il Bar Nido Verde a Pieve è prevista una parete d’arrampicata artificiale alta 9 metri per avvicinarsi a questo bellissimo sport gestita da guide alpine locali.

DE Von Mitte Juni bis Mitte September, bei dem Bar Nido Verde in Pieve, werden die Bergführer eine Kletterwand 9 m hoch bauen, um diese Sportart zu probieren.

Arrampicata in terreno d’avventura Klettergebiete in Abenteuerlandschaft Climbing in adventurous terrain

IT ATTENZIONE: Nell’ambito del GardaTrentino e della Valle di Ledro si trovano numerose altre falesie sia monotiro che di più lunghezze di corda ( multipitch), attrezzate dagli appassionati, con difficoltà dal 5a al 9a.

Queste falesie non sono soggette a nessuna forma di controllo e manutenzione, il livello di sicurezza delle pareti come del materiale in loco è il più vario. La valutazione delle condizioni della parete e delle attrezzature a dimora ed il conseguente livello di rischio è lasciato al praticante che se ne assume la piena responsabilità.

Gran parte di queste falesie sorge su terreno privato, verificate il loco la presenza di eventuali divieti di accesso.

DE ACHTUNG! : Im Garda Trentino und im Ledrotal gibt es zahlreiche weitere natürliche Kletterwände, die sich für Multi-Pitch Climbing eignen und von Kletterliebhabern privat errichtet wurden. Diese haben Schwierigkeitsstufen von 5a bis 9a und unterliegen keiner einheitlichen Kontrolle oder Instandhaltung.

Der Zustand der Kletterwände und der dort vorhandenen Sicherungen variieren daher stark. Eine Nutzung erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung, die richtige Einschätzung der Bedingungen und des Risikogrades ist jedem selbst überlassen.

Der Großteil dieser Klettergärten befindet sich auf privatem Gelände, das Betreten kann demnach unter Umständen verboten sein.

EN WARNING!: There are many other crags in the Garda Trentino and Ledro Valley area with single or multi-pitch routes bolted by climbers ranging in difficulty from 5a to 9a.

These crags are not subject to any form of inspection or maintenance, so the safety level of the routes and protection varies widely. Climbers must themselves take responsibility for assessing the conditions of the route and fixed gear and climb at their own risk.

Many of these crags are on private property so make sure access is not forbidden.

Itinerari Alpinistici Alpinklettern Mountaineering Routes IT Nel Garda Trentino e in Valle di Ledro sono centinaia anche gli itinerari alpinistici, che salgono pareti da qualche centinaio di metri fino agli oltre 1200 delle grandi pareti del Brento/Casale.

La lunghezza, le difficoltà di ritirata, le possibili cadute di pietre, il rischio di maltempo, le limitate attrezzature in parete riservano questi itinerari a chi possiede attrezzature, conoscenze tecniche e capacità fisiche adeguate. In caso diverso è necessario affidarsi ad una Guida Alpina.

Chi pratica l’arrampicata su falesie non controllate, terreno d’avventura, itinerari alpinistici è a conoscenza e accetta il connaturato livello di rischio.

DE Im Garda Trentino und im Ledrotal gibt es außerdem zahlreiche Alpinkletter-Routen, die sich von 100 bis hin zu 1200 Meter im Gebiet der Berge Brento und Casale erstrecken.

Aufgrund der Länge der Routen, dem herausfordernden Abstieg, der Gefahr von abrutschendem Gestein und schwierigen Wetterverhältnissen, sowie den unzureichenden Hilfestellungen an den Wänden, sind jene Strecken nur für äußerst geübte Sportler mit entsprechender Ausrüstung, technischem Know-How und ausreichender physischer Kondition geeignet. Diese Routen sind nur mit einem Bergführer begehbar.

Wer in naturbelassenden Gebieten klettert, die nicht kontrolliert und gewartet werden oder auf eigene Faust alpin klettert, muss sich den entsprechenden Risiken bewusst sein!

EN In Garda Trentino and in the Ledro Valley there are hundreds of traditional climbing routes where the ascent ranges from a few hundred metres to the over 1200 metres of the great walls of Brento/Casale.

The length of the climb, difficulty of pulling out along the way, possible rock falls, risk of bad weather, and limited fixed gear along the route all mean that these routes are only suitable for climbers with the right gear, technical know-how, and fitness levels. If in any doubt, you must go with an Alpine Guide.

Anybody climbing on crags not subject to inspection, adventurous terrain or mountaineering routes is aware of the inherent dangers and does so at their own risk.

Deep Water Solo Climbing IT LINEA POETICA, una spettacolare traversata a pelo d’acqua, lunga circa 300 mt, con difficoltà tra 5c e 6c, raggiungibile solo via lago.

Nel Garda Trentino dove acqua e roccia si fondono a creare un ambiente unico, non poteva mancare un’area dedicata al Deep Water Solo, arrampicata senza corda sulle pareti a piombo sull’acqua.

Tutta l’area può essere soggetta a caduta di pietre dalle pareti rocciose sovrastanti, è isolata e può essere difficile l’allerta in caso di incidente; l’acqua del lago è profonda e fredda e possono esserci repentini aumenti del moto ondoso. Munirsi di salvagente e prevedere barca di appoggio. Consigliabile rivolgersi a una delle numerose Guide Alpine che in zona la propongono.

DE LINEA POETICA, ist eine spektakuläre Kletterstrecke knapp über dem Wasser. Sie ist etwa 300 Meter lang, mit Schwierigkeitsstufen zwischen 5c und 6c und ist nur vom See aus erreichbar. Im Garda Trentino bilden der Gardasee und die Berglandschaften eine einzigartige Kulisse.

Das Gebiet ist für Deep Water Solo Climbing prädestiniert, bei dem ohne Seil an einem Felsen steil über dem Wasser geklettert wird.

Es muss vor eventuellen Steinschlägen entlang der Kletterstrecken gewarnt werden, im Falle eines Unfalls ist eine Bergung in diesem Gebiet unter Umständen schwer möglich. Da es am Gardasee unverhofft zu starken Wellen kommen kann, muss ein Rettungsreifen mitgeführt sowie ein Begleitboot organisiert werden. Dafür sollten sich Besucher an einen der zahlreichen Bergführer der Gegend wenden.

EN POETIC LINE: An extraordinary crossing on the water, about 300mt long, with a difficulty grade between 5c and 6c, reachable only from the lake.

In Garda Trentino, where water and rocks merge creating a unique setting, an area dedicated to Deep Water Solo could not miss: rock climbing without ropes up sheer walls on the water.

All the area could be subject to stone falls from the overhanging rocky walls, it is isolated and an alert call could be difficult in case of accident; the lake’s waters are deep and cold and the motion of the rising waves sudden. It is advisable to be equipped with life vests and to foresee a supporting boat. We do as well suggest to address yourself to one of the numerous alpine guides that do endorse the location.
