Need to know ADAS is the term for technologies such as autonomous emergency braking, parking assist and adaptive cruise control. It’s thought that by 2020, forty per cent of all new vehicles will be fitted with ADAS. Calibration is required whenever repairs which affect the geometry of the vehicle are made.
