TROiKA @ Senawang Inspired by the Cyperus, a grass-like plant with inconspicuous flowers as the design approach for this apartment.

Focused with various vegetation to enhance the landscape

02 Sentral Bazar @ Nilai

The hybrid tourism mall combines arts, crafts, entertaiment & outdoor bazar. The concept is to bring futuristic design into the centre of the bazaar. The team came out with several options and later settle to a minimal and budget-friendly approach with lighting that illuminates from the floors.

03 YOLO Signature Suites @ Sunway Mentari Aiming at the demographic trend towards young entrepreneurs, city dwellers. Located at the bustling city of Bandar Sunway, the design concept is to create a lavish, high-end leisure with a blend of stylistic approach integrated with conveniences.

04 YKS's Pavilion, private garden A dry garden was proposed based on client's request on a low maintenance garden. The planter surrounding the wall will be provided for the plantation of herbs and edible plants.

The center of the garden will be open up to options for the client to decide in the future.

05 DBKL's HQ Podium DBKL wanted a simple and effective yet a proposal that did not blow the budget, we proposed a simple yet interactive spaces for its users.

Amphitheatre @ Starling Mall Initially a proposal for a childcare centre, located in between Uptown 1 and Starling Mall, the in-between space was later to be alter into a outdoor amphitheatre, making it an outdoor space that can be multifunctional, and provide various function to the shopgoers.

The Island @ Kuantan

The proposal is to provide a tropical island on the podium floor, to attract the users. The gym was elevated and sit in the middle of the leisure pool, creating an island that are floating in the middle.

08 Peter's House @ Kajang

The client requested for the dining space as the focal point of the house, so the idea is to integrate the kitchen island as a dining space and serve as a pantry. The client wants the dining space to serve as a social space, as well as a place for the kids to do their homework at.

Damansara Heights

The proposal was to create a tropical paradise with focus on using water, and using mist as part of the design approach. The hallway towards the pool and jacuzzi area was shrouded with mist to create a mysterious path journeying into it.

The Cove Hillside Residence @ Ipoh

Located right beside a marble quarry hill, the concept is to create an environment that are able to interact closely to the nature. Proposing a huge olympic sized pool to maximize leisure, luxury and the sense of comfort.

The Oasis @ Sentul

The oasis concept was implemented into the design to create spaces that are able to be comfortable even during the day, where huge chunk of space are bathed with direct sunlight.

Whereas the park at the ground floor served as a outdoor amphitheatre with outdoor plays for the childrens.

Boulevard 2 @ Kajang

The Boulevard 2 implemented a mix-use development where the podium provides various facilities that are able to provide a healthy living, with reflexology path, jogging path, and other common activities.

DNA @ Cheras

The centralized space on the podium was to create a semi-outdoor space for lounging and reading.

After going various options, the concept of DNA was inserted as a way of implementing strands of pocket spaces into the overall design.
