Meanwhile,thecouncil’sbudgetcommitteewillmeetApril2to discussspendingshortfallsonthe infrastructureprojectsandcantrell’s recentrevelationthatbuildinganew electricsubstationtopowerdrainage pumpswillcost$20millionmorethan anticipated.
